Pineapple Souffle

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1 can Pineapple chunks (large)
  • 3 slices Bread (cubed)
  • 3 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup Milk

  1. Melt butter in pan. (I use a 9" square.)
  2. Mix together all other ingredients and pour into pan with melted butter.
  3. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar.
  4. Bake at 300 degrees for 50 minutes.
