Chili Rellenos

Ingredients

  • green chilis
  • 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese
  • 16 fl oz sour cream

  1. Cover bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan with chilis.
  2. Layer cheeses.
  3. Combine eggs and sour cream. Pour over cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 degree for approximately 1 hour. Let set for 5 minutes before serving with salsa.
