Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Multiply amounts by number of people served.
  2. Grease bottom of baking pan.
  3. Pour batter into pan.
  4. Bake at 475 approximately 8-10 minutes
  5. Serve topped with 3-4 fresh fruits- warmed in microwave for 15 seconds, powdered sugar, shredded coconut,and sliced almonds. Warm blackberry syrup and/or bosenberry yogurt to individul liking.
