Sour Cream Onion Hashbrown (Individual)

Ingredients

  • 5 cups Frozen (thawed) or fresh hashbrowns
  • 3/4 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Riley's Salt Free Seasoning
  • 3 Average sized chopped Green Onions

  1. If using frozen hashbrowns, thaw in microwave being careful not to cook.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees if baking immediately.
  3. Mix thawed hashbrowns and remaining ingredients together.
  4. Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray. Spoon mixture into tins.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden brown on top. Note: This can be prepared ahead and covered in the tins overnight, to bake later.
