Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Peel and halve peaches; be sure to toss pits into your compost bin!
Scrape clean each peach cavity with a teaspoon, the transfer all
eight peaches into small baking dish with cavities facing upward to fill.
Place 1/2 Tablespoon Organic salted butter in each peach half cavity.
Mix Organic heavy cream, white wine and Organic vanilla, drizzle equally over each peach half.
Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon Organic brown sugar over each peach.
Sprinkle all peaches lightly with Organic cinnamon.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until peaches are tender and the rich cream sauce is bubbling in the baking dish!
Serve two peach halves in a small bowl with cream sauce, garnishing with a healthy dollop of Organic whipped cream.
