Dutch Apple Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup flour

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in 2-3 quart iron skillet.
  2. Whirl eggs in blender for 1 minute. Gradually add milk, then flour.
  3. Whirl for 30 seconds more, then pour batter into skillet.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees until pancake is puffy and well-browned (20-25 Minutes).
  5. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with sliced apples glazed in butter and brown sugar.
