Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • your preference Grated Cheese
  • your preference Salsa
  • 1-single serve Souffle dish

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Pam souffle dish.
  2. Cover bottom of dish with salsa. Put one kitchen spoon of grated cheese into dish. (Dish should be about 3/4 full now)
  3. Beat eggs and milk, and pour into dish.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 350.
