Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pumpkin
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 box Carrot Cake Mix

  1. Combine 1 can pumpkin and one box carrot cake mix and 1 cup walnuts. Mix and put into an oilsprayed small muffin container.
  2. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool 5 minutes and then place in a covered container to keep moisture in the muffins.
