Cherry Brandy Sauce

  • Brandy
  • Red Wine
  • Sugar
  • cinnamon sticks
  • black pepper corns
  • water
  • pitted cherries cut in half

  1. Reduce by half and then let cool. If the sauce is too thick, add more water, bring to a boil again and then cool
  2. Remove the cinnamon sticks and pepper corns
  3. Place all ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Be careful, the ingredients will expand and get very hot
