We are just 2.5 km from the beach and the town of Bordighera, 15 km from San Remo, 8 km from the French border, 25 kilometers from the Principality of Monaco.

The B&B has three personalized, comfortable rooms and offer sea views or garden where in summer breakfast is served. On the ground floor is also covered private parking, the restaurant "Osteria del Tempo" specializing in Ligurian dishes and a breakfast room. The B&B is in a convenient position to reach within a few minutes drive to the beaches, the aquatic park le Caravelle, and interesting medieval villages. The rooms feature air conditioning, LCD TV with satellite channels, private bathrooms with shower, bathrobes and toiletries.

The B & B IS LOCATED JUST OUTSIDE THE HISTORICAL CENTRE AND IS ON THE BUILDING'S FIRST FLOOR WITH A BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW. THERE IS A TERRACE EQUIPPED WITH A BIG DECK WITH POSSIBILITY OF SUN BATHING. BATHROOMS ARE IN ROOM. The train station is located about 2 km away. BEACHES ARE 500 METERS AWAY. BARS, RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS WITHIN 50 The Nice AIRPORT IS LOCATED ABOUT 40 KM AWAY.

In an old stone house 400 m over sea level, in a cool position, surrounded by olive trees and flowers , we have created an oasis of peace, offering a relaxation away from the everyday traffic. We have 3 bedrooms (incl. one suite), all with private bathroom. Rooms are elegantly furnished, offering a very romantic holiday. Breakfast is a rich buffet, for example with homemade cakes, homemade jam and olive oil made from our olives. Speciality of the house is the jam, made from petals of roses of our garden. We are 5 km from Apricale, one of the most beautiful village in Italy. We are 20 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes from the World famous Hanbury garden with rare, single trees and plants. We are near to Monaco, Nice, Sanremo and Pigna which is a thermal bath village.
