Located 250km from Paris and 30mn by road from Le Mans, we are open year round. The time from Paris to Le Mans on the TGV (train) is limited to 55 minutes. There are three rooms with complete private baths and a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchenette including dishwasher and a clothes washer. The rooms come with a continental breakfast. We rent by the day or week. We will furnish picnics upon request and can arrange horseback riding, boat rentals and trips down the Sarthe river, bike rentals and so forth. The boat rentals are an excellent way to see the countryside and castles and do not require any kind of license. It is our custom to invite guests ,staying over 5 days for dinner at our table d'hotes during their stay. We are located no more than 2 hours driving time from Chambord, Chinon, Azay -le-Rideaux , Chenonceaux, etc.. The property is located on 40 acres in the French countryside within 15 miles of the Loire vineyards .

A warm welcome awaits you at La Cloue B&B a tranquil 200 year old restored farmhouse sitting in a 15 acres smallholding with great views over the valley. We have a large Organic vegetable garden, orchard and free range chickens. Meals are prepared using produce from the garden. Situated in the North of the Pays de la Loire, Mayenne and also in the Normandie Maine National Park, we are just a few minutes from the main roads making it peaceful but still easy access.
