You will find the property in the middle of the famous vineyards of Tavel, Lirac, Côte du Rhone, and Chateau-Neuf du Pape. Domaine du Moulin is classified by the Province du Gard as a "demeure classée", and awarded 4 'keys', dates back to the 13th century, is a magnificent spacious abode in the middle of a parc covering well over 4 hectares. The old water mill dates back to the 13th century, and sits atop the river Nizon, which still flows underneath the house all seasons long. The domain has been updated to offer modern comfort in typical provence style. The main house offers 5 rooms; All rooms have been beautifully renovated, and come with private bathrooms, airconditioning, tv, etc. It is in the old mill house where the apartment is located, equipped with updated kitchen and large living room. The apartment has a private entrance and is thus separated from the main house, and has three double bedrooms. The main house offers a large terrace overlooking the river Nizon, a large library area where you can leisure and relax. The surrounding private parc covers well over 4 hectares (10 acres), and offers fruit trees, weaping willows, olive trees, a beautiful alley of century-old plantanes, a vegetable garden as well as many flowers, including a small lavender field.
