CHRISTMAS SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY (NOVEMBER 16-JANUARY 2, 2008) A NONREFUNDABLE deposit of 50% will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation of your reservation. The remaining 50% balance will be charged on November 1st to your credit card and is also NONREFUNDABLE. Due to the high demand for Christmas Season we are unable to change confirmed dates.
