My wife and I along with other guest stayed at Michabelle Inn, I have to say that I have never been more comfortable than when we stayed there. Iwe were greeted by Chef Michel and his lovely wife and we spent time before and after the wedding enjoying the comforts that Michabelle has to offer. Chef Michel and I shared recipes and talked about world travels. The whole experience of Michabelle is truly amazing. Thanks to Chef Michel and everyone for a truly remarkable stay. We will be coming again and again to enjoy Hammond and south Louisiana.

Our granddaughter's wedding was held here. The wedding was beautiful. The reception food was delicious. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. The family/owners were friendly and helpful. I would highly suggest you meet with David if you are looking for a party or wedding venue, or just for a place to spend a weekend.

We spent two nights ,the house is lovely. David, the owner made sure we had whatever we needed to enjoy the area. We toured several plantations on the River Road, had great local food and a very comfortable bed to return to. We started each day with a wonderful breakfast served in the Blue dining room. Very good food in a great environment. thanks David for the southern hospitality.

My husband and I stayed Sunday, September 6,2009 and just can't think I one thing that could have been better. We have reserved November 15,2009 to have our daughter's wedding and reception there. I can hardly wait! The beauty and hospitality just swept us off our feet! ( Not to mention the flavor of the food ) Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable, The Wilson's

Deposit Amount Required: To hold any Room or Suite a major credit card will be needed. Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted for deposits and stays. Louisiana state hotel tax will be added to each stay. The full stay plus applicable taxes will be charged 14 days PRIOR to your check-in date.

Cancellations: Because Michabelle Inn is a small and intimate property, cancellations affect us greatly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking the room which we guaranteed to you. While we are sympathetic to emergencies, we appreciate your understanding of our strict enforcement of the cancellation policy. We currently have a strict 14 day cancellation policy. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation for whatever reason, we will gladly refund your deposit with at least a 14 full day's notice from the date of scheduled arrival. For cancellations made in less than 14 full days of the arrival date, 50% of the total cost of your reservation will be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS. Should it be necessary to arrive later or depart earlier than you confirmed dates, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights booked for your intended stay and will be charged.
