This 7,000 sq. ft. Inn is located in the heart of the Smiths Grove historic and antique district, offers private baths, kingsize beds, sitting areas, central heat and air, 12' high ceilings, original chandeliers, two parlors, a library, and a dining room where you will be served a hot elegant breakfast every morning. Built in 1875 this historic mansion now offers a sense of history and a sense of elegance as it welcomes travelers to a unique experience. Heralded by our guests as one of the best B & B's they have ever stayed at. An evening spent on the large wraparound porch is an evening to remember. As you explore the grounds your experience will continue, with brick walkways leading to a large cast iron fountain, a rock garden with benches, all surrounded by a cast iron fence.

Having 'corvette' business in the area was dramatically highlighted by our beautiful stay at this gorgeous Victorian House B&B! Our friendly Innkeepers, Sharon and Dave, couldn't do enough for us. They were wonderful and the entire place was more beautiful than pictures could ever show. Loved everything about our 2-day stay here... It was spotless, comfortable, quaint, interesting and the food was excellent as was the value! Why would anyone go to a hotel when they could experience this jewel for the same amount. Eating meals using silver and fine china added that touch of pampered elegance everyone appreciates. Can't wait to go back for future stays. It is a breath of fresh air to stay where people truly care about your accommodations and comfort. Just LOVED it!!! ; )

Beautiful home and grounds with fabulous hosts. We so appreciated the opportunity to meet with Sharon and Dave, they made us feel so welcome. We even joined them for a wonderful and inspiring service with their church family. We really appreciated all of the good information they provided us for our future B & B.

The moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality from Sharon. The house is absolutely beautiful! I stayed with my mother-in-law and her mother and we shared the "Ashley" bedroom and it was totally comfortable. We traveled from Colorado looking at rental properties in the area, but staying at the Victorian House made it feel more like a relaxing getaway than a busy trip! The food was delicious and the tea room was delightful. Sharon and Dave made us feel like guests at there own home and we will definitely be back to stay there again!
