Stayed for 3 nights in Oct. '09. Decor was a trip on it's own. Jill was a pleasure and her "gourmet" breakfasts were the best B&B breakfasts we've ever had!! Definitely recommend.

This is such a beautiful house, inside and out, and so close to all that Cumberland Gap has to offer. Jill is an excellent cook. It's not many places that you get dessert (fruit cobbler) for breakfast!

The inn is a 1900 Victorian house with a lot of impressive woodwork. The room was nice and clean with a private bath and the breakfast was good and hearty. We definately would recommend the place.

Review Cumberland Manor Bed and Breakfast, Middlesboro, KY

The porch beckons a restful stop to enjoy nature or sip on your favorite refreshment after a busy day hiking the historic Wilderness Trail or viewing the Cumberland Gap from one of four local parks.Through the leaded glass front door is the parlor decorated in period antiques. It is the perfect spot to curl up with a favorite book or select one from our library.
Outside entertainment at it's best! Perfect for a wedding or any gathering. There is ample seating and even a pond to highlight your memorable event. The Lincoln Suite is a guest favorite. Elegant and regal, this suite even has a fainting couch.Because of it's large bathroom, the room has often been used as the bridal suite for pre wedding preparations.
The Roosevelt Room, like other second floor rooms has mountain views through the original stained glass windows. Private bath includes slipper tub/shower and pedistal sink.Breakfast is served! This room is filled with unique hutches from 1890. A gourmet meal is served on different antique dinnerware each morning. The room is filled with morning sunlight steaming through the stained glass~the perfect wake up call.
