1851 Historic Maple Hill Manor Bed and Breakfast

Our stay was very awesome first time staying at a B&B and won't be our last. Todd and Tyler were so hospitable they were awesome made us feel right at home, so friendly and outgoing. We have been raving and bragging on there place since we left I've been telling everyone I know to check Maple Hill Manor out a must. We will be back before the year is out definitely.......LOVED THIS PLACE!!!!!!

I just returned from a lovely 4 day trip to the Kentucky Derby and stayed three nights at Maple Hill. It was just what one would expect of an old Kentucky estate. The grounds, alpacas, golden retrievers made for a homey experience. The food was wonderful and I would like to thank Todd and Tyler for such enjoyment and great service. Meredith Gibbs

My fiance and I stayed here in March. It was our first time staying with a B&B. We had heard about Maple Hill Manor from a friend and researching online. We were not dissapointed! Todd and Tyler are two amazing hosts. We only live about an hour away from the manor but were looking for a romantic weekend and to start the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. Todd personally helped us plan our itinerary in advance. When we arrived Tyler greeted us at the front door, showed us around the manor, and made us feel right at home. We stayed in The Lincoln Library, which was amazing in itself. 14 foot ceilings, 10 foot doorway, 9 foot windows overlooking the neighboring horse farm. Floor to ceiling bookcases filled with old memorabilia, books etc. The bed was phenomenal, neither of us wanted to get out of bed in the morning as well as we had a fireplace in the room. Tyler and Todd have desserts on a table with refreshments all day and evening, and Tyler's breakfast is the best breakfast we have ever had. You can tell he puts his heart and soul in to making the food amazing and the guests feel special. We will be staying here again for sure!!

My very first stay at a Bed & Breakfast and it proved to be very enjoyable. The mansion is beautiful, the property is charming, and the hosts were wonderful. I would definitely recommend a visit here.

Todd and Tyler have a beautiful inn and provide the level best service as well as a wonderful spirit of hospitality and friendship. Sitting around the breakfast table with a great group of people and learning a little about each and everyone was great. You know your enjoying great company when you don't want to rush from the breakfast table.

We were more than impressed with our recent visit to Maple Hill Manor. The inn is charming and lovely. I am a "neat freak" and I cannot say enough how immaculately clean this place is!!! I am hard to please in this area, but must admit I was very pleased! Todd and Tyler were so hospitable to us. We had some friends that lived out of town who came down to visit us, and they even made them welcome, allowing us to all use the parlor to visit and play games. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. I wish I could have eaten more of the food on my plate! The snacks provided the night of our stay were also a special treat. The animals were so friendly...the horse walked right up over to us to be petted! We absolutely loved our short stay, and I hope to be able to return. AH and family

We stayed two nights and loved it! The innkeepers were gracious and knowledgeable. The food was outstanding! A special treat was evening dessert that was available in the dining room. The mansion is beautifully appointed and maintained. As animal lovers, we particularly enjoyed being able to see the llamas and alpacas up close.

We had an absolutely wonderful Murder Mystery night at Maple Hill Manor. The accomodations were just beautiful, the food exquisite, and the alpaca farm charming. The hospitality by the owners was beyond compare. We've stayed at several B&Bs, and this one was top notch. We give this place our highest recommendation.

We just spent one night at Maple Hill Manor for our best friends' 60th birthdays and I cannot say enough about it! It was THE BEST! Todd and Tyler are most gracious hosts. The house is absolutely beautiful with warm rooms, comfortable furniture and the best bedding I have ever slept in!!! The desserts and breakfast were so delicious. We will definitely be returning!!

This was our first time here and we loved it. My husband & I were celebrating a belated 15th Anniversary and this was the perfect place. The Manor was beautiful and there are plenty of things to do in the area if you like history, wine, bourbon, and/or nature. The owners are very welcoming and the service was great! Lovely place! Todd and Tyler run a very beautiful inn. They are very personable and cordial and make every effort to provide you with everything you need. The inn was very clean and the start your day off on your time schedule with the most delicious gourmet breakfast. Regret not spending more of our day enjoying the ambience and comforts of the Inn.

We enjoy relaxing on the patio and visiting with the alpacas, Pretty Penny the horse, and of course Sammy and Sophie. The breakfast is wonderful and the service is amazing. We will be returning again.

Truly enjoyed our stay! We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived! The grounds are beautiful and the entire stay was first class! Wish we could have stayed longer but they were booked solid!

We had an absolutely outstanding weekend at the Maple Hill Manor B&B. Todd and Tyler are amazing hosts and immediately made us feel right at home. The house is beautiful, the food is amazing and if you are an animal-lover, this place is definitely for you! We went to celebrate our first anniversary and we will definitely be returning to celebrate many more!

Was a bit disappointed with our room, "honeymoon suite". The room was small and dark with a very noisy room air conditioner. Plus, we needed to use the outside narrow stairs to enter and leave our room. Todd and Tyler are excellent hosts. We enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I decided that a quick trip to Springfield would be a great way to celebrate our 8th anniversary! Let me just say that we were not disappointed! Todd and Tyler were so gracious to us. From recommendations to local restaurants, to providing midnight snacks and drinks in the kitchen, we felt like royalty! We are definitely coming back again!

Maple Hill Manor proved to be everything we had heard it was from family members who had already been there. The bucolic setting, the ambience of the house, the quality of the food, and especially the hospitality of our hosts Todd and Tyler made this an experience we will not forget and can't wait to repeat.

I have stayed in many B&B's over the years and have mixed experiences. The Historic Maple Hill Manor in Springfield is now my measuring stick. The home is gorgeous. The rooms are large and warm and welcoming. The alpacas and llamas are an added bonus as is the gift shop containing different items made from their fibers. Breakfast was an amazing experience. We were never hurried to do anything. The location is fabulous in rural KY with many things to do in the area. Best of all are the owners, Todd and Tyler. They give their home the soul and ambience that make me want to return soon. Actually I could just move in!

I can not tell you how wonderful this place is it is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and go!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I stayed at Maple Hill Manor for our third anniversary. It was everything I had hoped for and then some. Todd and Tyler have outdone themselves. Todd was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some really good tips, he is the perfect host. Tyler was cooking something heavenly in the kitchen and I really wished we hadn't already had dinner, so we had to make do with the wonderful breakfast. I couldn't get enough of the Alpaca's, they are such characters. It's nice to know we don't have to travel far for a wonderful getaway. We will be back!!

This was my 1st stay at Maple Hill Manor and it won't be the last. Family and friends weekend at Maple Hill and we had an awesome time. The rooms were clean and the beds were soooo comfortable. Breakfast was amazing as well as the homemade dessert everynight. Todd and Tyler really made us feel welcome and took great care of us. We can't wait to go back. The home is lovely and easy to find. The gardens are a delight but the hosts are the most welcoming. So many little details went into making this a lovely and relaxing place to stay. We snacked on the patio, strolled along a little path in the woods, fed carrots to a llama, slept well in a comfy bed, and started the next day with a perfect breakfast. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

My wife and I traveled to Kentucky for the Bourbon Trail. When we arrived at Maple Hill Manor after a day of distilleries and driving, we were amazed by the beautiful grounds. The trip up the driveway was like stepping back in time. We both instantly relaxed. We were welcomed by two beautiful golden retrievers and a friendly white cat, and then met Tyler. He was gracious and accommodating, and made us feel right at home. My wife toured the grounds, and came back commenting on the natural beauty of the place and laughing at the antics of the Alpacas. We spent the night in the Jefferson Davis room, which was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. My wife commented on the "little touches", like cloth hangers, that show how much attention to detail went in to Maple Hill Manor. Todd prepared "Breakfast Around the World", and it was outstanding! Tyler helped us get started on the remainder of the Bourbon Trail with maps and driving directions. Getting in the car to head out, I wished we were staying an extra day or two. Maple Hill Manor is a beautiful place, and we can't recommend it enough!

Todd and Tyler were perfect hosts. From the moment you enter the home, you feel very welcomed and the hosts are attentive to your every need. They provide excellent meals and refreshments are always on hand. The outside patio is a perfect atmosphere with lights strung in the trees, music playing in the background coupled with the beauty of the landscape. A lovely place for an overnight getaway or an event.

We were extremely pleased to have found the Maple Hill Manor in our web search. Our intent was to tour a few of the Bourbon Distilleries and find a nice B&B to stay. The overall trip exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt, we will suggest to our friends to stay at the Maple Hill Manor.

We were looking for a B&B located neat the distilleries on the KY Bourbon Trail. Maple Hill manor was comfortable & beautiful -- with amazing food! The owners were very nice, welcoming, and accommodating.

We stayed here for our 6th anniversary and it was well worth the money. A little more than the others we looked at but the reviews were all good so we tried it. No disappointments. The hosts are knowledgeable about the surrounding area, the food was some of the best I have ever had. The rooms are large and each have a bathroom. We stayed at the honeymoon suite but after seeing the other rooms I would say they all are just as nice. The alpaca farm adds a nice relaxing atmosphere and new things to look at. We will return!

Wonderful service and Beautiful Place all around!

Our group rented the entire home, 7 couples. We chose a dinner murder mystery theme of an 1800's Murder at the Deadwood Saloon. We had a great time, not only because of the "characters" we were with, but Todd and Tyler doing an awesome job. The historical home and it's vast surroundings were awe- inspiring. The duo prepared and served us a delicious dinner and a delightful breakfast the next morning. The rooms were all very clean and comfortable. We shall return.

We received a warm welcome upon our arrival, not only from the owners, but also from their wonderful pets. After settling in, we were offered fresh homemade desserts (several to choose from!) and refreshments. The breakfasts exceeded our expectations in taste and quantity. Wonderful, soft plushy towels... comfy robes. The bed linens were soft...the beds very comfortable. This is one place I would come back to - again and again.

I have stayed at this B&B two times and it is absolutely fabulous! The owners go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food is delicious and the beds/linens are as comfortable as any I've ever slept on. Great outdoor area with plenty of seating to watch the llamas/alpacas or to just enjoy a comfortable evening. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Warm, welcoming, detail-oriented, friendly, incredible food... so much fun! Everyone, down to the dogs and cats, were welcoming and it was perfect for the getaway we needed. The property is beautiful and the rooms are amazing!

Our friends have coaxed us to join them at MHM for a few years and this past weekend we were able to do just that, and what a treat it was. From the opening welcome by the dog and cat greeters outside to the warm and gracious hospitality of the hosts, Todd & Tyler, to the house itself, we loved it all. Be prepared for Tyler's breakfasts, a long pre-breakfast walk might allow you to enjoy them with a little less guilt. And the surrounding alpaca/llama farm is purely a bonus.

Wine, Dine, & Whirlpool for Two Package was a wonderful birthday surprise. The limo ride to several vineyards made for an enjoyable afternoon of wine tasting and meeting new people. Dinner in nearby Bardstown was all arranged by our wonderful hosts Todd and Tyler. From the moment you meet these two, you feel welcomed as if you have known them all along. Maple Hill Manor is a beautiful warm and friendly escape. The rooms are large with all the conveniences of home. We plan to come back when the weather is warm and bring family. Maple Manor has such a good reputation that we expected our visit there to be outstanding. Even with high expectations it was very nice to find that our visit more than met those expectations. The house itself was beautiful and very interesting. The hosts Todd and Tyler are very gracious hosts, and they are responsible for setting the tone of your visit. It would be hard to imagine how they could have done a better job. From our first greeting, to recommendations of about local attractions and eateries, to the best breakfast that I have ever eaten, everything was handled with style and grace. We have already recommended the Manor to friends and families. We will be delighted to visit again ourselves.

Everything about this inn is wonderful. The food is gourmet. The beds are luxurious. The hosts are so friendly and provide everything you need and more. I love the setting high on the hill and seeing the cute alpaca grazing in the field. I also love hearing a little bit about the history of the home when it was used as a Union hospital during the Civil War. It's a wonderful setting for weekend getaways and would also be great for reunions, weddings, and anniversaries. You won't be disappointed. My friends and I love to go around Christmas and go into the nearby towns to shop.

My husband and I spent two nights in the honeymoon suite for our recent babymoon and it was amazing. Best B&B we've ever stayed at! The location was charming, the house and rooms were impeccable, and the service was perfect. The breakfasts were more than your average B&B, quite gourmet, and the chef is on a gluten free diet which meant that I could really relax and enjoy eating without worrying about getting contaminated food. Plenty of fun little activities around nearby towns, and the property itself was lovely to walk, visit the alpacas, and throw the tennis ball for the two adorable golden retrievers. So picturesque it was almost a cliche! Thanks Todd and Tyler!

My friends and I rented the entire house for the weekend, 7 couples. It was a perfect little getaway from the children, just close enough to home to go back in an emergency, but far enough away that you really felt like it was a vacation…and what a vacation it was! We were greeted with beautiful scenery, amazing desserts and fabulous rooms. Todd and Tyler were constantly present, offering us complimentary beverages and making sure our needs were all met. Oftentimes I have stayed at B&Bs where the owners/hosts were absent. Not the case here. Todd was extremely helpful in offering assistance in the form of recommendations and maps to nearby attractions. Some went to Bernheim Arboretum. Some went on part of the Bourbon Trail. Myself and a few other mothers, we stayed back and enjoyed the quiet of the day, sitting in the parlor and the many chairs available outside. Tyler’s breakfast was amazing both mornings, as were the cakes, pies, and fudge. We were spoiled! Our group included those who had stayed at B&Bs before and some who had never been to one. However, we were all so impressed by our rooms, the farm, and the attention we received from Todd and Tyler that we have already booked the house for next year!

Our 3 day stay at Maple Hill Manor was the most enjoyable vacation at a bed & breakfast we have ever had. The food (breakfast and dessert) were outstanding. The owners were also very helpful in giving us suggestions on points of interest in the area.

Beautiful, elegant, wonderful, amazing, and a little taste of Heaven are just a few words to describle this enchanting B&B. This was our very first time staying at a B&B and we have no idea what we had gotten ourselves into but after we pulled into the driveway we knew we made a very good decision. Todd & Tyler are 5-star, 1st rate class professionals and make your stay the most enjoyable. The house is incredible and something you must see for your self! And the food - Wow - was very delicious! From pies & cakes to one of the best breakfasts we've ever had, these guys might need to consider opening up a restaurant too! Our room - the Jefferson Davis Room - was gorgeous, very comfortable, and had an amazing view of the llama/alpaca fields! Also getting the chance to interact with the llamas/alpacas was very fun & enjoyable and if you get an extra few moments of time, you must meet Sammy & Sofie, the two best golden retrievers you'll ever meet! So overall, from one night's experience, we've found that this B&B is just amazing and I hope everyone get's the chance to stay here at least once; but for us, we'll be back several times more! Maple Hill Manor has been my retreat from Life's Wear and Tear for over 10 years, now. I love the experience more and more, each time I go to this beautiful home. Just pulling into the long winding driveway lessens any tension...if you ARE able to actually fall in love with a home, I have done so! Having said that, the Inn actually takes a back seat to the awesome InnKeepers!! Tyler and Todd are, quite simply, PERFECT at what they do and what they provide. T&T enhance the qualities that the home already has to make your experience THE best it can possibly be! I've met and made wonderful friends in this heavenly place...

Twelve of us had the time of our lives participating in Maple Hill Manor's murder mystery event! Incredible fun, outstanding five-course dinner, impeccable rooms, marvelous (as always) breakfast. We've booked for 2012 already!!

My boyfriend and I spend one night at Maple Hill Manor on a recent long weekend vacation in Kentucky. We were celebrating our anniversary as well as my boyfriend's birthday and touring the bourbon trail. We stayed in the McElroy Honeymoon Hideaway, which was by far one of the nicest rooms in which either of us had EVER stayed. Todd was professional and friendly upon our arrival and even aided in making a dinner reservation for that evening. The decor and ambiance of the historic plantation home were both charming and comfortable. The care with which the the innkeepers maintain their property and assist their guests is impeccable. The breakfast was plentiful and deliciously upscale, but not at all pretentious. Like an foodie's version of traditional country fare. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This was my first Bed and Breakfast visit and I can honestly say that we are planning to go back to Maple Hill Manor within the next month. I haven't felt so welcome and relaxed in a very long time. I also brought along my son who is 13 and he had a wonderful time playing with the animals and talking with the other guests. Todd was fabulous and made us feel extremely welcome. The breakfast was outstanding and the dessert in the evening was to die for. We truly can't wait to come back and thank Todd so much for showing us some peace and serenity!

Just reminiscing on the wonderful weekend we just spent at Maple Hill Manor. It seems we never leave without booking our next return visit and adding more couples to our party! At this point we cannot count our visits. It's like coming home to see family and friends. Through many years of gracious hosting and warm welcomes from Todd and Tyler, they have become good friends. The setting & grounds and the beautiful, comfortable luxurious rooms are just a few of the reasons we keep coming back. Todd and Tyler make you feel right at home and treat you as if you are family. The grounds are immaculate. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The best part by far, is the delicious country breakfast prepared by Tyler every morning. They'll keep you full for hours! Make sure you save room after your dinner because there are always homemade deserts waiting for you when you get back.

We enjoyed so much the warm greeting, beautiful decor, spacious rooms, lots of plump pillows, award winning gourmet breakfasts, sweet dogs, kittens, llamas, alpacas & horse, hammocks, swing, outdoor garden setting, so peaceful and quiet for relaxation!

Todd and Tyler were such warm and accommodating innkeepers. They went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. The Alpacas and llamas were so unusual and fun to watch. I loved the cats and dogs as well. We enjoyed the trail, gift shop, and breakfast. What a treat as it was both our first times in a B and B. I would highly recommend it to others and wish we could have stayed longer to relax more. Thanks guys for a nice stay!

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay at the Maple Hill Manor. It is a very well kept property. We enjoyed walking the grounds and the company of the animals that reside there as well. The innkeepers were very accomodating and did not hesitate to assist us with anything we needed. The food was excellent and enjoyed by all.

Maple Hill Manor hits every note perfectly. From the large and scrumptious breakfast to the beautifully appointed, spotless and comfortable room to the exceptionally gracious innkeepers, it could not have been better. We were fascinated by the alpacas and loved the well mannered golden retrievers too. It was three days of bliss and we have already made our return reservations.

Of the many B&Bs we have stayed at, Maple Hill Manor was at the top of our list. The location, beautiful building, excellent food, and attention to details were the best. The management made the visit the most comfortable!

I cannot say enough good things about Maple Hill Manor. It is a wonderful place with incredible hosts! The historic manor has so much character and is impecably decorated and maintained. The service is wonderful and food outstanding. I will be back!

We loved it here. Todd and Tyler put so much effort and love into their B & B and their property and their animals, and it shows. The rooms are spotless and pretty and have everything you'd want -- fresh towels, robes, a TV, wifi. The grounds are vast, gorgeous, and well-maintained. The house itself is awesome -- truly historic, an authentic piece of the Kentucky. They leave out fresh-baked cookies and pies in the main room at all hours and are attentive without being intrusive. Breakfasts were very nice, served at a communal table, and it was a great atmosphere. You get the feeling the hosts stayed in every room, thought about every detail, and saw everything through their guests' eyes. This is also a spectacularly beautiful part of bluegrass country, with winding backroads and wonderful landscape. It's a peaceful haven, but right in between Louisville and Lexington and 20 minutes from Bardstown. Our dog also loved it here, and the host dogs were sweet and amenable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was wonderful. I have told all my friends & family about this historic getaway spot. Can't wait to return.

Maple Hill Manor is so warm and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, and the Manor is immaculate. Todd and Tyler, the innkeepers, are what make Maple Hill Manor truly exceptional. Todd provided our party great recommendations about various sites to see, as well as wonderful driving directions. Tyler's breakfasts and evening treats are beyond delicious! Best lemon pancakes ever! I can't wait to go back! And the alpacas are great, too!

Enjoyed my stay with my wife in the Lincoln Library room, the inn keepers were very nice and helpful and all of the other guest we met were very nice people. The location had very great senery, looking out the back window of the room you could not see another house as far as the eye could see. Good food and a fun one night stay for us.

My sister and I try to get together a few times each year and this year she traveled from Ga. to Ky. Our choice of B&B's was Maple Hill and we have decided this will be an annual location. The setting was perfection, the food beyond all expectations and Todd and Tyler were the epitome of cordial hosts! We felt comfortable, pampered and relaxed. Our strolls with the dogs to watch the alpacas were delightful and we had our choice of shady places to relax-from the gazebo, to the hammock or the swing on the patio. We have visited many B&B's, but Maple Hill is, by far, our favorite!

Such a comfortable and restful place, Todd and Tyler are super hosts. The home is fabulous as is the farm. Great to wake up to peacefully grazing animals! Above and beyond service, will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time. Greatly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The animals were very entertaining and the accomodations and service were top notch. We are already planning to go again next year and spend two nights.

Our entire experience was fabulous! Our room was nicely furnished and included many amenities. The breakfasts and evening snacks were absolutely delicious! Impeccable service - Todd and Tyler were always around whenever we needed anything. The location is great - within a short driving distance to several museums, parks, and lots of other tourist attractions. Getting to know about and interact with the animals on the farm was a special treat. The Alpaca and Llama farm is definitely a bonus to this already beautiful and charming home and grounds.

Over the last decade, I have made countless trips to Maple Hill Manor. If a person can "fall in love" with a home, I believe that is exactly what has happened to me! Staying in this beautiful B&B is consistently THE most restful, satisfying, and calming experience. The mansion actually seems to welcome you but it is the warm, genuine, generous and caring Innkeepers, Todd and Tyler, who truly make your stay a memorable one! You will end your time feeling as though you have made new friends... Meeting interesting and varied fellow Guests is also quite enjoyable but, if you want your privacy, a Maple Hill Manor get-a-way can be taylored to fit any individual's needs and wishes. I CANNOT say enough about the amazing Breakfasts that are served daily...Tyler is a talented, accomplished Chef who never fails to produce a memorable and delicious meal!! Maple Hill is truly a lovely place and something that shouldn't be missed!

This was our first stay at a B&B and we were very impressed. We never felt rushed, and Todd & Tyler did everything they could to make us feel at home & comfortable. I love how this B&B is on a farm with animals around. Todd told us about the history of the house, and educated us on alpaca's and llama's. Tyler made delicious breakfasts and pastries every afternoon. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay.

We stayed here for an anniversary weekend getaway and were so impressed with Todd's gracious welcome, with the beauty of the manor and grounds and with the incredibly delicious and generous breakfasts!

The Inn is beautiful as are the grounds. Eventhough it was a rainy day, we managed to dodge the rain drops and enjoy the grounds. Viewing the llamas and alpacas was a unique experience. The food was the most amazing part. During the evening, delicious homemade dessert were set out to be enjoyed by all along with coffee, tea, and cold drinks. The morning breakfast was gourmet. Tyler and Todd are fantastic hosts and go out of there way to make sure your stay is outstanding. We could not have asked for more. We will definitely go back. So many of the other guests were had been to Maple Hill Manor numerous times and we can understand why.

The entire experience was fantastic. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The food was exquisite. Todd and Tyler were fabulous hosts, and we are definitely looking forward to another visit.

We enjoy the Whiskey trail and the history around Springfield. We just enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and enjoyable hosts.

This B&B was the best I have ever stayed in. The breakfasts were delicious & unique. The innkeepers were friendly & professional. The rooms were tastefully decorated & comfortable.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the loving dogs, treated to the grand tour, shown our accommodations, and offered refreshments. Todd then helped with dinner plans providing us with suggestions, reviews and maps to get to our destination. Returning after dinner, we helped ourselves to one of three dessert choices Tyler had made and some tea. Todd again checked in with us to make sure all was well. We enjoyed a leisurely evening in the jacuzzi tub and almost slept through the alarm in the big comfy feather bed- pure delight! Breakfast was so good and big we didn't need to eat lunch!! We were sad we didn't get say good-by to the dogs in the morning.

Now what could be better and arriving at your destination and being greeted by the smell of a just out of the oven homemade apple pie (the fresh chocolate chip cookies the next evening were pretty special also). Outstanding! Everything that followed lived up to that rating. My husband and I need a quite place away from home and this was it. Todd and Tyler were wonderful hosts and met our every needs. Todd was an excellent tour quide and Tyler's breakfast were fantastic! Need a place to enjoy the quiet in total comfort look no further, this is it. Highly recommend! Anna and Robert.

We visited Maple Hill Manor in February 2011, although the weather was rainy and cool we could not have had a more perfect experience. The hosts were very hospitable and made us feel totally comfortable. The home is lovely, as are the grounds. The rooms were all large and luxurious. We went out to dinner and returned to desserts and coffee waiting for us. Breakfast was delicious and presentation was perfect. Whole experience could not have been better. I didn't have robes as described, and my candles were already used until they could not be lit again. But they staff was wonderful and the food was great.

Had a wonderful time with family and friends, beautiful place, wonderful people, wonderful food. Had a great time sitting in the parlor drinking wine at night and coffee in the morning.

Tucked quietly away Maple Hill was an ideal setting for a relaxing and very special evening for my husband and I. Any romantic, peaceful, serene or comforting feeling can be found here and just the ambiance made you feel you were somewhere special. Maple hill manor is a great place! I've stayed there four times over the past four years, and I love it more and more each time! The innkeepers are wonderful and will accomodate special dietary concerns or any other special request you have. We have rented the house with a group of friends and participated in their murder mystery dinners! They are really a hoot and a lot of fun for any age crowd! I wouldn't have a single hesitation in recommending maple hill to my friends and family!

We had the best time at maple Hill Manor. Todd was an awesome host and Tyler's cooking was out of this world. The inn was awesome and clean. Despite the stories I heard about it being haunted, I didn't mind and we have reserved to stay next year.

I stumbled upon the Maple Hill Manor website and found that the offered Murder Mystery Weekend packages. Me and 13 of my friends rented out the manor for a night and had a wonderful time. The owners were incredibly attentive and welcoming, the grounds were ideal and our group had an amazing time. The llamas, alpacas, horse and 2 beautiful golden retrievers (outside) added to the charm! Several of us are already making plans to return in the spring.

This B&B was absolutely exquisite. I felt like I was going back in time. The history of the house adds to the elegant charm of the place. For ghost story lovers this place has an added bonus. I absolutely fell in love with this house and I will definitely be going back. Todd the innkeeper was so welcoming and the rooms were gorgeous. The animals were a nice touch as well.

I was very pleased with my visit to Maple Hill Manor. We were greeted at the door upon our arrival by one of the innkeepers like we were visiting a family member. They made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The honeymoon suite was a cozy little room. We enjoyed sitting in the jacuzzi which was located by the fireplace. It is a very romantic setting. They provided lovely robes for us to use. The bed was so soft and comfortable. They offer several packages which we chose not to include in this visit but sound amazing. I especially enjoyed going to the fence and seeing the alpacas. That was a first for me. All in all, everything was satisfactory. Even though my stay was during the winter, the outside environment was still very nice. The gazebo, gift shop and patio/entrace area were lit up. I'm sure a spring or summer stay would be much nicer but for the winter, it really couldn't get any better.

This was my wife's and my 10th Wedding Aniversary. To say that this is the best bed and breakfast in the state of Kentucky is not enough. Everything was simply exquisite and they made our stay one of the most memorable at any place that we have ever been at . The inn keepers helped me plan my stay and helped me get everything I needed from the reservations for dinner to the wonderful food and even helped set the mood of the whole room with the lovely fireplace and the flowers and the food and somehow they even produced the snow outside. It was warm and cozy the whole time while the snow fell outside. Simply magical. The only complaint we had was that we simply could not stay any longer. We had to get back to the job, and the home, and kid. It was awesome, and we will be back very soon. We could not have asked for a better weekend stay for our 10th Aniversary. Our 2nd visit to Maple Hill Manor even exceeded our first, which we wouldn’t have thought possible. As far back as I can remember I’ve wanted to stay at a B & B over the Christmas holidays, and I was not disappointed! The decorations, the food, the warm fireplace in our room, and whole ambiance, was just stunning! We made memories for a lifetime. Everything was spotless and perfect, and Tyler’s breakfasts were amazing. Todd is such a perfect host you’d think he took classes in it, but yet you know he just has a natural knack for it. We are proud that they consider us friends, as we consider them! Can’t wait ’til our next visit!
