We are just blocks from the center of downtown, in two beautiful 1888 vintage Victorian homes. Moderately priced, we strive to provide luxurious comfort and the ambience of visiting with good friends. Elegant décor throughout marks our unique lodging establishment, featuring eight guest rooms, three dining rooms, parlor, game room, party room and bar. A fountain and lush garden adorn our off-street gated parking.

Beautiful century homes close to streetcar to downtown. Owners, Mary and Tom made you feel right at home with little tidbits to help your visit. The breakfasts were incredible.

Tom and Mary were very friendly and so willing to give us information about Louisville and things available to do. Our room was very nice. They were very understanding when our arrival time changed unexpectedly. Wonderful breakfasts! I particularly loved the ten grain waffles. Thd country ham was also very good; I believe it was local sourced. The inn very near downtown Louisville so it was very convenient. Loved our stay!

We had decided to do a last minute stay. There was 1 room left. Tom and Mary were so accommodating. Everything was beautiful, clean and orderly. The pictures online don't do it justice. Breakfast was amazing. We recommend to anyone and plan on going back soon!!

This was our first time staying in a B&B and it was everything we hoped for. While the location is a little rough, it is revitaliazing and not a real issue. Mary and Tom were gracious and helpful hosts, giving us several ideas for where to eat supper. The inn is so historically beautiful, the bed was fabulous but the most impressive part of our stay was breakfast...absolutely fantastic!
