Lyndon House is our go-to place to stay when visiting friends in Lexington. Excellent experience all around, with comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and a good host. Highly recommended for those who enjoy the B&B experience and would rather their money support a local economy rather than have it vacuumed away by a chain hotel.

My wife and I enjoyed the Lyndon House as part of a date celebrating my birthday. Anton did a great job of making us welcome and seeing to our needs while giving us space and privacy. We enjoyed walking through the historical area of Lexington, dining at Natasha's, and joining the Monday evening dance with the Lex Swing club which meets a few blocks away. Anton's breakfast was a great finisher before we departed for home.

We stayed just for one night, but the accommodations were great. Our room was beautiful and the staff was very good. We definitely would stay again and would recommend to our friends.

Lyndon House was an excellent waypoint. We met my brother and his wife for the weekend. Clean, comfortable, and just very nice, very relazing. Anton, the owner, fixes great vittles for breakfast. I had an extremely tasty omelet on Saturday, and fantastic frittata on Sunday. I highly recommend Lyndon House, it was a bit pricey but well worth it.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Lyndon House. Anton is a wonderful host and breakfast chef. The room was spacious and nothing was overlooked to make it as comfortable as any place we have stayed.

My first impression was the cleanliness of the inn. The owner was very courteous and the food was delicious.

A little on the pricey side and would have liked a more country style breakfast (pancakes, bisquits and gravy, etc), but overall was very nice and we enjoyed our stay!
We were pleased that you had chosen to join us at the Lyndon House for your stay in Lexington. Thank you for taking time to write a review. Breakfast at the Lyndon House can best be describes as “Bluegrass Urban Foodie.” For example, one menu favorite with guests is our Cinnamon Buttermilk Pancake service with a Blueberry-Bourbon Sauce. Another favored dish is a slice of frittata baked with Italian sausage, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella cheese. Breakfast begins with freshly cut fruit, warm biscuits, chilled juices, and Columbian coffee. Then guests can choose either the daily special or typical fare such as French toast or eggs cooked to order. Anton Giovanetto, Innkeeper

A lovely, beautifully-appointed house with spacious, attractive rooms, an easy one-mile walk to the heart of downtown Lexington. Owner/chef Anton is on top of every detail. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect except the central vac was out, which marred the breakfast experience. Individual room units insured a good nights sleep. This family run BandB was warm and welcoming. Great value. Very impressive decor.

B&B was very pleasant, host was helpful in describing places and things to do. Walking distance to center of town an easy walk. Enjoyed our stay and will do again.
