Located across from the marina, park, beach, playgrounds and picnic pavillions. We have room for your boats and trailer, kayaks and canoes. Transient slips availble at the marina and easy ramp access. Hiking and biking trails in the park and across "Kuttawa Mountain." Great Barkley Lake views and direct access to Barkley lake. In the middle of all the great Kentucky Lake and Barkley Lake attractions and venues, easy drive to Paducah and Nashville.

    • Consumption of alcohol is permitted
    • Deposit amount required (One half of total booking, 100% for one night stay)
    • Check in time is 2:00 and Check out time is 11
    • Cancellations:
      RESERVATIONS: Taxes are not included and rates may change without notice. Two day minimum stay on weekends and three on holidays. A deposit equal to one half (full amount for one night reservations) is required, balance due on arrival. We accept all major credit cards. ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING - Smoking is permitted outside but not in the courtyard. NO SHOW POLICY: Failure to cancel or reschedule your booking within 24hrs of your arrival will result in the FULL duration of booking being charged no exceptions CANCELLATION: Cancellations made within 21 days of the first day of your reservation will result IN LOSS OF YOUR FULL RESERVATION UNLESS WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT THE SPACES. A 10% SERVICE CHARGE WILL APPLY IN ALL CASES. Our spaces are limited and cancellations are very damaging. You are always welcome to make a gift of your reservation. At our discretion we may provide a gift voucher good for all or part of the cancelled reservation.

      The Harbor House is a coming home project for me, returning to Western KY after more years than I am willing to admit. The last two years have been spent sailing and racing my sailing catamaran, Parallax throughout the Caribbean basin and South Atlantic. Taking pictures, diving but mainly chronicling the people I met and the places I sailed. (See Parallaxcat) Mariners have always found harbor houses to be places of refuge and comfort. The Kuttawa Harbor House continues that traditon.

    All the spaces in the Harbor House Complex and Cottage feed into our courtyard, a beautiful little nook with a European flavor and room for as many as you may want to invite to your function. The grounds are expansive and adjacent to well over 3 acres of unspoiled park meadows. Sip your morning coffee and watch Kuttawa stretch its arms or have a fine glass of wine in the evening as you look out over the lake. We know of nowhere quite like it. The Harbor House and cottage are across the road from the marina, where you can rent all sorts of watercraft, or call ahead and reserve a slip. (let us know and we will help). The Kuttawa recreational area is adjacent to the marina and defines the towns waterfront, a beautiful spot with scenic views of the lake, a waterfront trail, picnic areas and a beach. Let the kids go, grab a book and make one of the picnic structures your own Courtyard, lower tier
