Burlington's Willis Graves Bed & Breakfast Inn

The innkeeper, Nancy, is wonderful. We have stayed here twice and plan to stay a third fairly soon. The breakfasts are terrific. Dietary needs are accommodated. There is a pretty good restaurant (Tousey House) around the corner. We stayed in the second-floor room in a secondary building. Great bath...and very comfortable.

We stayed in the William Rouse Retreat, This was our second visit and it was even better than we remembered. Everything is done to perfection and the breakfast is so amazing!

My wife and I stayed at Nancy and Bob's Willis Graves B&B at the end of May and could not have been happier with our experience. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts each morning were outstanding! I cannot recommend the Willis Graves B&B enough!

Not being a typical fan of Kentucky and the general offerings the state has, I was skeptical. The Burlington's Willis Graves Bed & Breakfast is clearly the exception. If you are in Kentucky for any reason, this is the place to stay. Charming rooms decorated to make you feel that you have been transported to early colonial times, with perfectly placed updates in appliances and bathroom amenities that make your stay very comfortable. The service is attentive from some of the friendliest people you'll meet, and the breakfast is delicious enough to bring even the heaviest sleepers from under their sheets. The Burlington's Willis Graves Bed & Breakfast made the trip beautiful and definitely warrants a return.

Stayed one night and left wanting more! It felt like home. The owners were such gracious hosts. The suite was enormous. We had an antiques-filled living room and fireplace,bedroom and spa bathroom. The attention to details and luxury was much appreciated and enjoyed. The breakfast was scrumptious. We strolled the beautiful grounds and learned a bit of history of this historic place and surroundings. Can't wait to go back.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a fast drive to downtown Cincinnati (15 mins or so) but felt miles away from the city. I was surprised to see the B&B set close to a side road near downtown Burlington, KY but it didn't cause any issues and we didn't notice any traffic noise (even while in the main house). We stayed in the William Rouse Suite and it was set behind the main house and was peaceful and private. Nancy and Mary are warm and welcoming and I'm still dreaming of the Creme Brulee French Toast and Nancy's Breakfast Pie. Delicious! Also, we had a great dinner at the Tousey House located just a block or two from the B&B.

Only had time to stay one evening as we were traveling on to TN the next day. We would have enjoyed spending more time in the area.

A relaxing place to stay. There is a lot to do in the area. We have stayed four times in the past two years and plan to go back again.

This was our second stay at the Willis Graves Bed and Breakfast. It was just as great as the first time, Nancy is the most welcoming and friendly. They bend over backwards to make it the best stay possible and the breakfast is the best!!! We have told everyone we know about the little cottage cabin and the breakfast. It is worth the trip to meet Nancy and the wonderful setting that is offered.

Husband and I were looking for a quick and relaxing getaway to have some conversation sans kids. Burlington's Willis Graves fit the bill. Nancy is amazing and her hospitality shows in the details. Although we stayed in one of the smaller rooms, we were still pampered with yummy cookies, an expresso machine and more. It was cozy and lovely. Right down the road is Idlewood Park, where you can hike and bike to your heart's delight. Around the corner is The Tousey House, a Kentucky-esque dining extravaganza. And, yes, it's perfectly acceptable to dine there every evening. We can't wait to return!

This place is absolute heaven! Everything is perfection and comfort. Ambiance, decor, food, amenities and peaceful quiet. This is our second stay and we will be back. Sorry we couldn't stay longer. This is one of the best B and B's and we have been to many. Pick the cabin, you will not be disappointed. And don't forget to check out the fried chicken at the Tousey House right around the corner from the B and B. Another delight!

We return to Willis-Graves as often as possible because it never disappoints. Nancy and Bob have set the bar so high that although we stay at B&B's often, none have compared to our experiences here. It is our "drop off the grid" place...and we look forward to each and every visit.

Nancy is friendliness and service personified. Breakfast is outstanding without being overwhelming. We weren't going to watch a movie, but with 500 to choose from, we did so both nights. This place is neat, sensible, uncluttered, welcoming, and just plain nice.

From the lovely rooms to the personal service received, Burligrave was amazing! Would love to stay there again at some point.

Staying at Willis Graves was an amazing first bed and breakfast experience. From the antiques to the homemade chocolate chip cookies to the dinner suggestions, everything was spot on. Nancy and Bob were friendly and very, very helpful. I would recommend Willis Graves to anyone and everyone!

My husband and I just returned from a long weekend stay at the Willis Graves Inn - it was wonderful! Our room (Mr. & Mrs. Graves Suite) was spacious and comfortable, the service was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. We are hoping to return soon.

My husband and I have made several visits to Willis Graves Bed and Breakfast. We are never disappointed! The Inn keepers do not let any detail go unnoticed! So clean, cozy and romantic!

This was our first stay in a B&B and we weren't sure what to expect. Everything about this stay was amazing. We stayed in the William Rouse Suite and the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were perfect from the steam shower to the espresso machine to the super soft bathrobes. Nancy's freshly baked cookies delivered daily were a nice touch. Breakfasts were phenomenal! There isn't a single part of this trip that let us down except for the fact it wasn't long enough--but that was OUR fault. Next time we won't make that mistake!!

With a warm staff, a beautifully appointed room, and spectacular marmalade cream cheese French toast, my stay at Burlington Willis far exceeded a comparably priced hotel. I'll certainly be back next time I'm in Cincinnati for business.

Unexpectedly amazing food and elegant cozy rooms!

This was our first trip to a bed and breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the Graves suite. The fireplace was great for setting the mood and taking the winter chill out of the room. The whirlpool and steam shower were nice to have also. We will definitely return there in the future. We are northern Kentucky residents, so the location is ideal. It is a great place to get away but still be close to home.

I decided to stay at Willis Graves because of all the great reviews. I can count the times that service has exceded my expectations on one hand. I can't say enough about our experiance at Willis Graves. For a 170 year old home it was warm and cozy on a cold and windy night. At some point while wathcing a movie in bed I realized that I was not at home. Which seemed shocking because that was the way we felt. The breakfast was by far the best food I have ever had. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer due to a tight travel schedule. Even though it is 5 hrs from home, my wife insists that we must come back. We will I'm sure. Thanks Nancy for everything.

This was our first time back since our initial (incredible) stay at Willis Graves back in January. Last time we were in the cabin suite, but this time we opted for the cabin's upstairs room. Although a bit smaller, it actually seemed to enhance the experience as it seemed a bit "cozier". We will probably go with this room in the future. The interactions with the owners and staff were incredible and of course, the breakfast was amazing. We shall return!

I must have read 200 reviews of Burlington's Willis Graves before booking. As outstanding as the reviews were it doesn't do it justice to have experienced it. Everything about this place was wonderful down to the cat with one paw. Nancy made us feel right at home. Thanks for a wonderful time. We hope to do it again soon.

It's perfect, it's always perfect...the cabin is perfect. Nancy's gingerbread pancakes and orange marmalade french toast are to die for. Did I mention that it's perfect?

We had a wonderful weekend at the Willis Graves B & B. It was a very romantic and rustic setting, which we greatly enjoyed. The service was fantastic and the food was excellent. We will be going back.

We were made to feel so very welcomed into this lovely home. From the time our hostess, Mary, greeted us until the time we departed we were "pampered" & made to feel like we were personal friends or family visiting this lovely home!

We were warmly welcomed by Nancy and given an excellent suggestion for Dinner. Our room was nicely decorated with warm cookies waiting for us. There is a large selection of DVDs to choose from if you want to relax with a movie. Breakfast was fantastic and quite filling, the perfect start to the day along with many sightseeing suggestions from the hosts. We plan on visiting again and staying longer next time!

This was our fourth or fifth stay at this B&B, and we just keep coming back whenever we get the opportunity. It's a great weekend getaway. The innkeepers are super accommodating, the rooms are cozy, quiet and romantic, and the food is out of this world. You MUST have the gingerbread pancakes.

Willis Graves is now at the top of my favorite B&B list. We didn't want to leave after our 2 night stay. Nancy made us feel like part of her family and she is the perfect host and chef. The best breakfasts we've had. She shared some recipes, too. We like the location which is close to Cincinnati and in a lovely area in KY. We can't wait to return to Willis Graves.

I had high expectations.... but this wonderful B&B exceeded them in every way possible.

This is our second time and Willis Graves B&B and I forsee this being a annual trip. The locale appeals to all ages, etc. You have the aspects of the city but the quietness and serenity of the country. From shoppers to hikers, all can be found. The facility is excellent and worth every penny. The staff is wonderful and it is always a pleasure to stay!

My wife and I stay at B&B's about 6 times per year and this was the best by far. Although we have stayed in some more scenic areas we have never had a room this nice and this clean. The real authentic log cabin combines old world charm and decor with modern and comfortable amenities. It is very very nice!!

We have come here annually for the past 5 years. In the past we had always stayed in the cabin. This year we stayed in the Willis Graves Suite and it was fabulous. Now we have a tough decision to make before our next visit. What we know is you can't go wrong it is a great place to stay, no matter where you book your stay.

The bed and breakfast was very inviting. We stayed in the cabin and it is so quiet and private. Loved having a second room in which to relax. Breakfast is served anytime the guest wishes between certain hours and there is a menu from which to choose your items. Nancy is extremely helpful in finding interesting things in the area. The location is great for anything a person would want to do in Cincinnati or Northern Kentucky.

Our stay was so pleasant and relaxing. The log cabin room was so tastefully decorated and clean. The homemade cookies waiting for us were delicious. The staff were very congenial and helpful. The breakfast was supurb. I would recommend this B&B to anyone.

My husband and I recantly spent a night at Burlington's Willis Graves B&B. It was a wonderful restful stop at the end of a long road trip. the innkeeper greeted us before we even got to the door and made us feel at home immediately. We stayed in the Willis Graves Suite which is roomy, comfy, and very clean with a fantastic shower that we were most grateful for. Coffee was ready for us early the next morning with a very tasty and filling breakfast soon after. If our travels ever bring us back to this area we will definitly be staying here again.

We stayed in the room above the dining room., Caroline's room. Perhaps it had been awhile since someone had stayed in this room but it was rather musty. I had a hard time sleeping with my allergies. Other than that the room was small but bed was comfy. Food was excellent and Hosts were extremely friendly.

I was sorry to read this review and wondering where the musty smell was coming from. There is a small fireplace in the room that is not used and sometimes old fireplaces can smell like an old house, some people like the smell and some do not. If it was not the fireplace I would love to know what it was. I did some work on the windows in both the bedroom and the bathroom , painting was involved.Sometimes rooms do go unoccupied for a few days but when a room is booked we look for dust or in general look for anything out of place,any kind of smell would be at the top of the list. This was a wonderful weekend getaway without the kids. The breakfast was wonderful, the room was spotless, and the friendliness of the host and hostess were amazing, even though we arrived four hours late! Oh, and the double jacuzzi was perfect! I would definitely recommend this B&B to a friend.

We were warmly welcomed by our host, who explained our stay and where things were and how they worked, etc. The B&B is cozy and very interesting with numerous antiques and quaint touches. Stayed in the Retreat for our 1st B&B experience. Clean, quiet, well-maintained, home away from home in a log cabin atmosphere. Nice cable TV and large selection of DVDs. Relaxing double jacuzzi with lights. Good breakfast, accommodating to special food needs. Friendly staff.

This is the best B&B we have ever stayed at and we have stayed at quite a few. Without a doubt they could write the book and outstanding service, cleanliness and value. The beds are the best and most comfortable we have experienced and the breakfast is great. I guess what impressed me most was the sheer elegance of the place and the hosts were so wonderful and down to earth. Treat yourself and stay here for sure.

This was our second stay. We have stayed in the suites previously but opted to stay in the retreat this time. Definitely hard to downsize after being in the suite. Will return again next year for our anniversary and splurge on the suite!

We'd never been to the Cincinnati area, and are glad we stayed here. Close to Cincinnati but a nice quiet area. Loved the rooms, wonderful breakfast, and the owners and staff were great/ helpful.

I had a wonderful time at Willis Graves. I am hopeful to return to experience a stay in the lovely little cabin separate from the home. The innkeepers are gracious hosts who go out of their way to make you feel at home. But it truly is the pancakes that I can't get out of my head. If nothing else, they will ensure a return visit.

Nancy & Bob have created an unbelievably detailed place in all categories. The main home renovation was not only done right, but decorated very nicely for the period architecture. The log cabin is simply the best of both worlds...old world character and high quality finishes, with modern comfort to boot! This is simply one of the best, and we would recommend this stay for anyone who appreciates the quality craftsmanship and excellent hospitality! Oh yes, and the food....excellent!

This was our second visit to this B+B and it only confirmed why we chose to come back a second time. Everything was just as good if not better than the first stay.

My wife and I stayed in the Mr. and Mrs. Graves Suite and it was gorgeous. Everything was clean and it was beautifully furnished. The breakfasts were incredible; absolutely 5-star cuisine! The greatest part of our stay, though, was the service. Nancy makes sure that you have everything you need and completely pampers you. We loved everything about it. It was the perfect weekend.

Our room was a nice sized suite - a sitting room, a bedroom and a bath. Everything was neat, spotless and in good order. I never heard a sound from any of the other rooms, so either the other guests were quiet and/or the house is solid and well sound-proofed. The sitting room was comfortable with a nice TV and books placed around. The largest selection of DVD's I've seen in a residence were available. The bed was comfortable. Temperature control for our suite was in our suite. The shower and whirlpool were great. The owners and helpers were friendly. We choose what time we wanted breakfast and had choices of fruit and main dish. The creme brulee French toast and the breakfast pie were delicious. The grounds were well maintained. We did drive past it the first time because the sign is small. We have stayed at 20+ B&B over the years and this one is one of the best. We honestly can not think of anything to criticize.

What a great experience for our first stay at a B & B. The Willis Graves B & B was a great mix old and new. Old classic home with antiques complete with fully updated baths. We came for our anniversary, and had such a wonderful time. Our accomodations in the Willis Graves Suite (first floor level of the log cabin) could not have been more comfortable, clean, and luxerious. The Bathroom accomdations were especially enjoyable, with the double-size tub, and steam shower. The Breakfasts were everything that was anticipated from reviews we'd read, and we enjoyed dinners at the Tavern in town. Thanks for an outstanding retreat, Bob and Nancy!

Arrived in the late afternoon to a hardworking Nancy in her garden. I immediately felt welcomed and at home. After a brief tour and getting my key I arrived in my room - Catherine's Room - just the right size for one and could easily work for two. The room was bright and airy and charming. The bath was amazing - very nicely appointed, clean and roomy. The homemade chocolate chip cookies on a plate on the bed were soooo good. I looked forward to them when I came back from my day trips. The breakfast Nancy served in her lovely dining room was out of this world. I was lucky to stay long enough to sample just about every combination. Enjoyed some relaxing time on the covered deck with some very good coffee and some very nice people staying at the B&B also. Hated to leave...but will be back in the fall for another wonderful stay. Very highly recommend this B&B.

We loved our time. The inn keepers were delightful and the rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Our food was delicious and the homemade cookies left on the bed each evening was the icing on the cake. This was a perfect restful stay for my husband and I on our anniversary. Thank you so much!

Excellent establishment close to Cincinnati

We stayed in the William Rouse Log Cabin Suite. I loved the homey rustic atmosphere, but with luxurious amenities. Nancy is one of the best innkeepers we have ever met. She made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was absolutely delicious both mornings. Would definitely like to go back.

Very pleasant surroundings.. Great selection of local reading material. Relaxing and as private as you want it to be. Hosts and staff very friendly and helpful. We've already recommended it to my son.

We love coming here. The inkeepers and staff are very nice and breakfast is always delicious. The bathrooms are what attracted us the first time and help keep us coming back. The steam shower and whirlpool tub are so relaxing. I wish the beds were softer. If the mattress wasnt so firm I would give he room a 5 star rating. Other than that we have no complaints!

We found the rooms tastefully decorated with antiques, clean, and very comfortable. The food was divine. The Swartzels are friendly but not intrusive--the perfect hosts.

My wife and I like to go to BnB's quite a bit. In looking for a place for our anniversary, we landed on Burlingotn's. This place was great, from the BnB itself to the town it was located in. My wife and I absolutely loved the town. If I was to have one complaint, and this is more a preference then a complaint, is that I enjoy it when we are all at 1 big table and able to meet the other guests. If you like having a table to yourself then ignore this last statement :) The food was extraordinary and the inn keepers were a pleasure to talk to. We have already recommended this place to some of our friends.

Absolutely wonderful!!! Nancy is an excellent hostess who pays attention to every detail as well as her guests every need. I stayed in the small room above the dining area... very quaint and cozy... SO clean. Breakfast was above and beyond most B&Bs that I've stayed in. I'll be dreaming of my French toast left behind for months! The entire home is lovely beyond words.

This Bed and Breakfast was FANTASTIC!!!! Perfect for our first night together as husband and wife. We woke up super early to the bird singing outside and had coffee on the porch. The breakfast was amazing, I have been telling all my friends they HAVE to go! I even dropped my earring down the vent in the bathroom and Bob went and fished it out. I will definitely be back and have already referred several couples to go there as well.

We spent a night away from the kids and really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and well set up. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good. The marmalade stuffed french toast was quite good, but the breakfast pie was a little runny. Overall, while the B&B was a little on the higher side, we definitely enjoyed staying there and will likely do so again in the future.

Burlington's Willis Graves B&B is our absolute favorite place after visiting 20+ inns over the years. It just doesn't get any better than this! Nancy and Bob have created such a luxurious oasis - my husband says we are spoiled and nothing else compares after the pampering experiences we experience at their inn. We will be back!

We stayed for three nights at the Willis Graves B&B, and then on a separate night about a week later. Our suites were located in the charming log cabin apart from the main house. Both times that we stayed we felt like we were "home." It was so comfortable and spacious with luxurious amenities. Our hosts, Nancy and Bob, could not have been any more hospitable. I felt that we left some good friends when we finally had to say goodbye! I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast and hope to return sometime soon.

Our experience at the Burlington's Willis Graves B&B definitely exceeded my expectations. The property is beautiful and well maintained, the hosts are friendly and well informed. But, it is not until you experience their breakfast that you are thankful that you stayed at a B&B. I am not a lover of breakfast foods, but this meal was deliciously heavenly! I will recommend this Inn to anyone and everyone! They truly deserve every "outstanding" rating that I gave them. My personal piece of advice....when you make your reservation, request the cabin on the 2nd floor!

This was our second stay at Willis Graves. We stayed in the Willis Graves Suite and were more than pleased. The fire place was perfect on rainy night... and we enjoyed the bathroom as well... Nancy and Margaret have exceptional service and the food is to die for. They allowed to mix and match the breakfast menu to our liking. They recommended a local dinner restaurant which was phenomenal as well. We plan to return very soon for another night!

My husband and I chose this B&B because it had everything we wanted: Fireplace, privacy, HUGE tub, seperate steam shower, private porch, and romance. It was our first time away from our baby in a year! This place exceeded our expectations by far - the owners were so sweet and accomodating and boy can they COOK! The breakfast was amazing! Everything from the room to breakfast to the hospitality was wonderful. We took advantage of having a massage therapist come to our room to give me and my husband massages. It was definitely the respite we needed. The only thing that could have made it better was if we could have stayed more than one night. We will definitely tell our friends and hopefully will get the chance to come back.

We stayed in the Willis Graves suite for a weekend birthday getaway. We got massages through Adrienne and she was perfect. Nancy made the most amazing cake that was left in our room to enjoy when we liked. It was exactly what you need for a short getaway!

The William Rouse Retreat is the perfect place for a romantic getaway. The room was cozy, the bed was very comfortable, the robes were soft, and the steam shower and big tub were awesome. The suite had all the charm and ambiance of a romantic cabin with all the comforts of a modern hotel room. Between decorations and the log walls, there were a million places for dust and spider webs, but the place was spotless. The food wasn't what you expect from a b&b, but it wasn't bad either.

This was our second visit in 3 months staying in the cabin suite. Beautifully decorated, elegant but so inviting and comfortable. The double spa tub is pure decadence and the steam shower simply wonderful. Nancy and Margaret are such wonderful wonderful kind and lovely gentle ladies. The food is wonderful, cooked to perfection and they are so good at spoiling us. We will come back as many times as we can. Little Burlington is close to everything you could want - a quick drive to Cincinnati, concerts, steamboat dinners, the huge aquarium at Newport, horse races, beautiful Kentucky countryside and a wonderful night skyline on the Ohio River is just minutes away. I love this bed and breakfast, everything about it is perfect. Five stars from us.

We stayed in the log cabin suite. The room was very clean and comfortable. We did not use the downstairs living area and I'm guessing it doesn't get used very much. The Inn sits close to the road and is on a small piece of land. For some reason I pictured it to be on a large lot. Breakfast was very good and our dinner at Tousey House was excellent. We never saw the owners of the Inn but the caretakers who were there were very nice and accomodating.

I stayed just one night while traveling through the area. I was greeted warmly and given a choice of rooms (since they were not full; it was a nice touch). Proprietors were very friendly and helpful, and the room was pleasant - roomy and warm, and the bed extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Just surprised my wife for our 4th year Anniversary. We had a wonderful time, the service was great and friendly. Little more pricey than other B&B's around the area but it was well worth it. Breakfast was great! Only wish I could have had seconds. We stayed in the Willis Graves suite, the steam shower was amazing as was the 2 person spa tub. I would definitively stay again.

Far exceeded our expectations .no sooner than getting back on the freeway home, we were making plans for our stay for next year. We would recommend this place to our friends but we don't want to compete with them when we are looking for dates open..ha

My wife and I stayed at Burlington's Willis Graves Bed & Breakfast on the weekend of Oct 14th and had another great evening in the town, and a great breakfast. They do a GREAT job, and this place is certainly a step above the rest!!

The property was immaculate, the staff was warm and cordial, the food was outstanding and our stay was restful, we plan on returning!

We stayed on the second floor of the log cabin for a couple of nights. The place is very clean, warm, and inviting. Breakfast was delicious! Everyone we met was very nice and friendly. We plan to visit again next year!

We love coming to Willis Graves---it is such an amazing place to get away and relax! Everything is beautiful and clean and you will feel so pampered and spoiled! Nancy and her staff are professional, friendly and the food is simply amazing---we really couldn't recommend it highly enough!

We made reservations only a week in advance and were able to book the upstair room of the cabin. What an excelent B&B. We have stayed at more than 20 different B&Bs over the years and Burlington's Willis Graves Inn is certainly one of the best. We especially loved the breakfast. The Inn keeper (Nancy) was very nice and helpful in finding local activities. The double tub was great. We'll be back again.

Lovely and romantic inn. It was a quick overnight retreat for our 27th wedding anniversary. Would love to stay there again. Creme Brulee french toast was wonderful.

My husband and I stayed here after dropping off our son at college and becoming 'Empty Nesters'. The Inn is as quaint as promised and a collector's dream. The perfect place for the antique lover with an occasional outdoor antique market going on right down the road. Great and playful collections are tastefully displayed everywhere and keep your eyes wandering. Nancy provides a very welcoming atmosphere where you feel you can be as private or public as you wish. We stayed in Mr. and Mrs. Graves suite which is the perfect culmination of the old and the new with luxurious linens and a state of the art bathroom. We could choose to sit on a private porch or sit on the communal porch on the back of the house. We did both. I guess Nancy is a natural innkeeper. She is a vibrant, fun and outgoing person who makes you feel at home immediately. The women that help her were carefully chosen, I am sure. Breakfast was amaaazing. I am so looking forward to our next stay and try out the room in the cabin. We will be back!

This was our first stay at a B & B. It was the most wonderful experience. The Inn keepers were so friendly and accommodating. The suite was immaculate. Breakfast was spectacular. We felt like royalty.

We were only able to stay one eveining and had to leave early the next morning, but this is a wonderful place. Nancy was very accommodating to prepare an early breakfast. We consider B&Bs to be special lodging and have high expectations for them to be clean and nice and, well...special. Burlington's Willis Graves Bed & Breakfast Inn fully met our high expectations. We would love to stay here again when we visit the Creation Museum.

We stopped at this b&b for one night on a trip between NC and IL. We will definitely make this b&b a regular stopping point on future trips. We stayed in Thomas' room. The room was very charming and romantic. The bed could not have been more comfortable and the linens were luxurious. The bathroom attached to this room, while not huge, was adequate, definitely high-end and very spa-like. The shower was amazing! The breakfast here is what you would expect from a nice b&b. What is unusual though is you have a menu with a few different selections to choose from. The hosts were very friendly and concerned about your comfort and enjoyment while there. I'm trying to come up with a reason to drive to IL sooner rather than later so I can stay there again.

Burlington Willis is simply the best! From the reservation to check out! We have stayed at several Band B's, but nothing stands out like B.W. Thank you for all the wonderful stays.... Pam and Mike

We had a wonderful weekend stay in the Retreat Room. The bathroom was like a spa with the air jet tub and steam shower. The room was very comfortable and relaxing. Nancy is delightful and her breakfast is out of this world. We also had dinner down the road at the Tousey House and it was excellent. We look forward to staying again in the future.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. It was absolutely amazing. The rooms far exceeded our expectations, the food to was delicious, and the staff was great. We will be returning and are hoping to make it our yearly honeymoon getaway. We loved it so much we even bought my parents a night stay so they could experience the relaxation we did. You will love this Bed and Breakfast!

Nancy was most accommodating and informative. Their extensive collection of DVDs was nice. Breakfast was truly outstanding; it's rare that a B&B offers multiple choices on breakfast entrees, and there were several good choices.

Great Stay at the Willis Graves B & B! The inn keepers gave us great ideas for fun daytime activities (hint: don't miss the drive to Rabit Hash!). Breakfast sooo good! My husband and I have celebrated every wedding anniversary here at the Burlington's Willis Graves Bed and Breakfast! We always feel extra pampered by Nancy, the innkeeper, and her staff. There was great attention to detail paid to every aspect of our stay from the homemade cookies upon arrival, to the Italian hand soap to the luxurious linens and robes. As always, this stay exceeded our expectations!

It's always such a treat to get to return to Willis Graves. The Innkeepers, the grounds, the accommodations, and the food are extraordinary. It's as if you step into a little fantasy world and forget about the real world. It's immaculate, luxurious, friendly, and relaxing. I just can't say enough about this little piece of heaven!

Everything about our stay was very confortable as the hosts were very friendlyand accomodating. The Willis Graves Suite contained a lot of period furniture which created a very nice atmosphere but was not particularly confortable in the living room. The bed was confortable and the two person whirlpool was a nice touch. We particularly liked the spacious back porch in the morning with coffee and the afternoon with a cocktail.

This was to be my second visit to Burlington's Willis Graves B&B, but my husband ended up in the hospital the day before our trip. He was ok, but couldn't travel, so I sent another couple in our place. Nancy took great care of them, as she did of me last summer. The home is beautiful; the rooms are wonderful and the food is great! We can't wait to return.

If you love B&B's you won't be disappointed with Burlington's Willis Graves accomidations. Everything is there that you need for a wonderful stay. They pamper you from the moment you get there with fresh chocolate chip cookies, a wonderful jacuzzi tub and luxurious room. If you also like antiques, this place will take your breath away and they are also located right beside the Burlington Fairgrounds that has antique shows one a month. The breakfast is out of this world with items you probably have not eaten before. I have stayed there the last three years on my anniversary, and it's been wonderful each time. I can't say enough wonderful things about this inn..... it's a must visit.

We celebrated our 49th anniversary at Willis Graves B&B. Even though we live close, we had heard so much about this B&B that we decided to give it a try. We were definitely not disappointed. We have stayed at B&B's throughout the U.S. and this was by far the best! We stayed in the log cabin. The acommodations were immaculate, the food was delicious and Nancy, Bob and Margaret were very hospitable and easy to talk to. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon (4 nights) in the Mr. & Mrs. Graves suite. It was gorgeous! Nancy was very friendly and helpful, but also allowed us to do our own thing for the week. We will definitely be going back. :) Very clean, delicious breakfast, comfortable atmosphere.

The upstairs cabin suite is beyond cool. Great place for relaxation and romance. My wife and I have already recommended it to three couples in our circle of friends.

We made plans to stay at Burlington's Willis Graves Bed and Breakfast Inn so that we could meet friends who were visiting the area from Arizona. This was the perfect choice for such a meeting. The facilities accommodated the opportunity to relax and visit with friends. Our room was a roomy suite that was most comfortable for a group and the porch was very comfortable. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the breakfasts were outstanding. The Tousey House restaurant offered a wonderful menu, great wine selections, a most comfortable atmosphere and value! We chose to have out lunch and dinner meals there. The surrounding parks are also very nice. The only downside is that the town of Burlington doesn't have much to offer.

The room, service, location, everything was incredible. Breakfast left us begging for recipes. Could not recommend it highly enough. We'll be back soon!

Our stay was outstanding in every way. We stayed in the log cabin and it was such a delight that I hated to leave for home. We still dream about the breakfasts each morning with the Creme Brule french toast being our favorite. A great experience!
