"Amazing Food!"

"Stayed at Alla's for my wife's birthday. Alla and Rick were very welcoming. It was our best B&B stay so far. I wish we lived next them. After one stay it felt like we were friends. The place has great antiques from the plumbing fixtures to the tv's to the beautiful beds. Okay, now I'll get down to the food. We were served wonderful horsdouvres(spelling?) upon a late evening arrival. I wish I could make bread, cheese, and tomatoes taste half that good. Then, there was the breakfast served at our desired late morning hour. As the web site says, the European breakfast was all organic. I can't comment on the large plate of perfectly presented fresh looking fruit because there just wasn't room in my big belly for it after plate fulls of potatoes, crepes, and bacon. I had to try each of the home made jams after sampling the first on a crepe. The fantastic potatoes made me think I was indulging myself with excess salt. Later, our discussion led Alla to say that her fresh mix of herbs(perfect by the way) makes it unnecessary to use much salt. I hope we get back to Texas and can eat dinner one night"
