Firefly is my favourite Negril destination. I have stayed there several times with my family, and make it a point to return at least once a year. The rooms are clean and cozy; the staff and owners are warm and friendly; the garden and beach are beautiful. My children were on the beach from sun-up to sun-down, and we chose to eat most of our meals at Firefly's beach bar. When we wanted variety, we walked to one of the nearby restaurants on the beach. Various watersports were also close at hand and my daughter and I enjoyed a spectacular view, parasailing. That was before we jet-skiied and took a glass bottom boat ride to the reef. Perhaps the main reason we keep going back is the "at home" feel of Firefly and the personal touch of the owners and staff. I wholeheartedly recommend Firefly for the whole family.

I recently returned to New York from Firefly and I’m already planning my return. I spent a wonderful week at Firefly with my family and we loved it! The location could not be any better – right on the spectacular Negril white sand beach with the clearest blue water I’ve ever seen. The weather was lovely, rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff and owners made us feel at home. I enjoyed the breakfast at Firefly’s beach bar and the Tuesday night free rum punch party with the bonfire was fun for the adults and also for the children (just punch for them without the rum). Firefly really is the perfect getaway!

This should be compared with rooms elsewhere offered at $250 to $350. In this crunch year were are offering, from 1st May to 1st December. all guests the 15% discount we normally reserve for returning guests. Also on request a deposit as low as 10% and guaranteed full refund if you have to cancel. The children's sleeping couches are suitable for children up to about 10.

Also upstairs is a large veranda which is great for kids in the evening as there is no external access to it. Downstairs is the properly equipped kitchen and dining. sitting area and another veranda. We have some great "beach the crunch" incentives from early March to 1st December 09. Just ask if you don't see them. One of the few apartments for up to 8 persons in Negril, the nearest equivalent one costs over $400 a day.

A nice family apartment with living room,kitchen downstairs and a big bedroom upstairs. There is some separation in the bedroom by the staircase (2 beds on the left and one of the right. This is where we , Audrey and David Sykes (owners) used to stay with our family when they were young and at school so we could only come at weekends and holidays. There are 2 nice verandas and the kitchen is properly equipped for full use. I believe that there is nothing on Negril Beach to compare with this unit for sheer value and quality.

We recommend Mr. Paul Jerry's taxi service - he has been carrying our guests for about 23 years. Alternatives are an airport taxi or tourist bus. The tourist bus is cheapest for a single person, but you may have to wait for other passengers to arrive. If you are driving (not usually recommended) you have to drive through Montego Bay going west and follow signs for Lucea and Negril. 20 miles past Lucea on the outskirts of Negril you will see signs for Hedonism II hotel and Sandals. Proceed a further 2 miles, see the sign for Chances on the right, show down and you'll see our entrance. At night we have an illuminated sign, predominently blue. Park just inside the entrance and walk down the path to the office.
