Paradise Sand Dollar is a newly renovated Villa of over 6,000 sq feet of living space, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The property is located in a 24 hour secure gated community, this luxury Villa is only a short walk to the private white sandy beach of Silver Sands. Paradise Sand Dollar is bright and airy with a tropical atmosphere. The property is great for Caribbean family vacations, reunions, small intimate Weddings or celebrations. All bedrooms are air conditioned for your added comfort. The property features a large living room with high ceilings, high glass windows that allow the sunshine to beam throughout the entire living space. The Villa has comfortable living sofas that are spotted around to provide romantic secret lounging hideaways, both indoors and outdoors, every turn in this villa leads to a cozy corner. Paradise Sand Dollar Villa has a lounge and balcony upstairs and downstairs with a large living / dining room and additional space for lounging. The Villa offers a spacious verandah and additional outdoor dining areas. The fresh water swimming pool is large at over 12 x 30 for the family to enjoy. The outdoor pool deck has a large wooden sun terrace and deck area for entertaining with comfortable lounge chairs for sunning. The property also features a BBQ, wet bar, gazebo and a perfect entertainer large family groups. Paradise Sand Dollar features a very large living and dining room with two dining tables and two lounge areas with large double doors that open on the south side to the swimming pool area and on the west side to the outdoor dining area and garden.
