Policies - Minimum stay required (3 day minimum. Check with owner for exceptions.)
- Smoking is allowed outside only (In honor of other guests, a private garden sitting area.)
- Limited accommodations for guest pets
- Children are welcome (We are NOT handicapped accessible)
- Childcare is provided (We can arrange for "nanny" care for families with children.)
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Casa La Ventana Tequila is available for extra charge.)
- Deposit amount required (50% to confirm reservation. Balance due 90 days prior to arrival.)
- Closed: August 15 - October 8, 2009
- Check in time is after 12 noon and Check out time is 12 but flexible
- Cancellations:
If cancelled before 90 days, total deposit applied to next visit. If after 90 days, 1/2 is non-refundable and 1/2 is applied to rescheduled stay.
