The Mirador suite has a beautiful marble bathroom with stained glass window and 2 double beds. It opens to its own terrace and to the rooftop (mirador) via spiral staircase

Behind the walls we found a dream place for our two weeks stay. Alix and Emile go the extra mile to make your stay as memorable as possible. Starting with the daily cooked scrumptious breakfasts followed by the availability of tea/coffee and sweets throughout the day.Emile and Alix's attention to every detail and answers to any of your questions, from tourist questions to residential questions , is legendary. Alix's expertise as a local realtor helped us make our decision on what to buy and where an easy one.The place is kept spotless by caring staff during the week and maintained to a high standard by the owners.We made new friends in our adopted country and recommend Casa Tres Leones to any guest who wants to enjoy all the conforts of home in a beautiful and relaxing setting.

This room seems to be booked a lot and hard to get into!! However it is UPSTAIRS and has great 180 degree mountain, lake and village views. It is nearly on the top of the building and has no outdoor access so it's back to the terrace downstairs if you want to sit outside. The Mexican bathroom is cute as are the painted walls done by a famous local artist.

Drive south about 18 miles (28 kms)from Guadalajara Airport towards Chapala on Chapala Carraterra (Main Road). Before reaching the town of Chapala there is a right slip road to Jocotepec and Ajijic. Follow this until you see Wal-Mart - right in front - and turn right. Drive through Ajijic's last set of lights (this street is Juarez) and take the next turn on the right on Calle Tempisque - up the mountain 2 streets and Emiliano Zapata is second street on the right. Tres leones is the third house on the right - No 10.

You may ask to be collected from the Airport by our driver or you may choose to hire a car and drive yourself. It is quite safe to do this but remember it's always easier in daylight. Alternately you may pick up a cab by paying first at the taxi booth inside the airport terminal. The drive is 30-40 minutes.
