Excellent starting point for a holiday between sea and mountains where you can discover many historical and natural beauties and many culinary goodness of the Ligurian coast and the hinterland.
The typical Ligurian campaign terraced showing its ancient beauty, is the home to an intensive cultivation of olive trees as well as that of fruit and vegetables.
Le Terrazze sul mare has a capacity of 20 beds: apartments, open-space and rooms suitable to the needs of singles, couples, families and groups.
To reach the Le Terrazze sul mare from the parking you will find a stairway of 100 steps or a path with more gentle slope, with your luggage up the cable.
For the months of July and August we accept reservation for minimum one week.
If your reservation is within a few days and we have avialable rooms you might be able
to make a reservation for less than a week.

The highway exit Rapallo.
Past the toll booth, continue right towards the sea.
Go along the route exceeding 2 traffic lights.
At the 3rd traffic light (right there is a cinema and in front of a pharmacy), turn left.
Follow the main road until you see the sea and the castle of Rapallo.
Turn left around the roundabout towards Chiavari - Zoagli.
Continue right along the Via Aurelia for a few kilometers, enter the municipality of Zoagli.
Continue right.
Pass the center and continue on the highway.
On the right is a little gas station.
After a few curves, you will see a beautiful and distinctive castle on your right (Sem Benelli),
just before the castle be careful because on your left you will find the turnoff for Semorile (there
are many other indications: Cerisola, Parazzuolo etc.). Take the road to Semorile, after 100
meters you will find a cross on the right. Do not make right, but continue straight for about 3 km.
When you are almost there you will see the sign: "Semorile Alta": follow that sign until the road
is blocked. You have arrived.
