Our B&B was remodeled in a sensible and modern manner. It dates from the 1920s and is finely refurbished in accordance with the principles of green building and sustainability, most interventions involve the complete absence of concrete and iron, thus avoiding the Farady cage; use only vegetable or mineral materials; the complete absence of electrical and electromagnetic fields in rooms during sleep due to electrical circuit breakers; the use of wood structural panels of untreated spruce in ceilings in stairways and around the panoramic top floor; complete absence of paint and formaldehyde. The building through the use of the heat pump powered by photovoltaic and solar thermal Panel integrated falls in energy class A (annual average energy consumption 40 kW/h)
