we are located in a private property miraculously untouched by modern overbuilding, unblemished by pollution, earth radiations and noise contamination.
We believe in the beauty and warmth of Casa Lorenzina, however we recognize that different travelers have varying expectations, both in terms of convenience and comfort.
If the idea of being awaken by a singing rooster can disturb you, if a short walk along a gravel coated road amidst organic farming and untamed growth to reach your room seems troublesome, we thank you for your interest, and recommend that you reconsider your selection of Casa Lorenzina. We delight in surpassing the expectations of our guests and are saddened when we are unable to do so.
Our house is approx. 250 yards from the Aurelia state coastal road, strategically close to all interest points. Actually, we are perfectly located just at the border of chic Italian & French Riviera, approx. 2 miles from Ventimiglia, 1 mile to the nearest village, 2 miles from French Cote D’Azur, 7 Miles Eastwards from Sanremo and 7 miles Westwards from Monte-Carlo, 23 miles to the International airport of Nice, France.

It is ESSENTIAL to call us on the phone ++39 347 1611045 to tell us you arrived Ventimiglia. By car, get out of the "VENTIMIGLIA" highway toll station. Take the direction "Ventimiglia Centro" leading you towards the sea. Before entering downtown, take diversion on RIGHT. You will cross a bridge over a small river. At its end take the "FRANCIA" direction on the RIGHT as shown by the road sign. Drive straight and after one traffic light, you will enter a long tunnel. As you get out of the tunnel, after 100 m you will see on your RIGHT, between two big palm trees, a small square broadening of the road, with a large grey entrance gate. Turn right into this yard, ring the bell “Casa Lorenzina”. We will open you the gate.
By train, from the Nice airport take the shuttle to the train station and catch the train to Ventimiglia.
From the Ventimiglia train station take the road in front of the station and turn second road to right. You are now in Via Cavour. After the first row of shops there is the bus station. Take the bus heading to “Ponte San Luigi” and get down at the stop called “villa degli ulivi”. In front of you there is an electronic gate. Ring the bell “Casa Lorenzina”. Or get a taxy, approx. 8 Euro fare. - Directions from airport:
From the Nice airport take the A8 highway ( follow the blue signs Monaco- Genoa), next same as above getting out at the Ventimiglia Gate.

Cancellation must be received by us in writing. I regret that penalty payments cannot be transferred to other periods or other accommodations. I strongly encourage you to buy travel insurance at the time of booking to compensate you in the event you must cancel and forfeit funds. You may purchase such insurance from your own broker or from any reliable travel agent.
