The apartment Laguna is 55 square meters, at the first floor (second floor USA): it is composed by a large kitchen with two windows facing the lagoon, a bedroom (a double bed, with two folding beds) with two windows facing a court, a bathroom with shower. Television set and stereo.
Apartment has furniture and equipment of good taste. Kitchen is well furnished and ready to use (dishwasher, electric oven, fridge). Sweet sleeping with sound of Lagoon water. The flat lies in front of the northern part of the Laguna (Fondamente Nuove), with a wonderful view of Murano and other islands. In five minutes walk you are in the middle of Venice, the Rialto bridge, in 15 minutes you can reach St.Mark's square.
The house can be reached very easily from railway station, car terminal and airport terminal with public boat transports (the stop is at 50 meters from the house).
