In the heart of Venice, this delightful B&B is located in a historical building dating back the fifteenth century, and is only a short walk from Venice's main train station, Santa lucia, and bus station in Piazzale Roma. The Venice-BB-Venezia was recently renovated using the principles of bio architecture, through which you will discover the experience of typical Venetian living in the true spirit of bed and breakfast. The property is located between the Ponte delle Guglie (Spires Bridge) and the Ghetto vecchio (old Jewish Ghetto) near the famous Casinò di Venezia (Venice's Casinò), no far to the colorfull and livelly fruit market but inside to the quite and rare garden. Ten minutes by walk to the Ponte di Rialto (Rialto's Bridge) and twenty to Piazza San Marco (St. Mark's Square). Breakfast included, free brodband wi-fi, air conditioning, tourist tax excluded.

    Perfection!

    I traveled through Italy for about three weeks and this cozy little B&B was by far my favorite stay. The host is warm, welcoming, and loves your company! It's located in a small ally off a busy shopping street on the 2nd floor. (Don't need to worry about noise, it's quite). If you ever have the opportunity to stay in Venice, I 100% would recommend here. I hope to come back one day but until then I hope everyone can have the opportunity to have such a wonderful stay like I did.

    La posición es perfecta!! a solo 5 min. de la estación de santa lucia y...sin puentes que hacer!! desayuno muy completo y abundante para empezar bien el día!! Alessandro, el anfitrión, es muy amable y es como ir en casa de amigos, muy buen ambiente!! Habitaciones muy bonitas y sobre todo limpias!! Os lo recomiendo a todos!!! lo vais a pasar bien!!

    Alessandro is a perfect host. We had the superior room , it was comfortable, clean and you could use the internet. We had a very nice breakfast of fresh bakery goods and the Espresso was a good wake u It is located very close to Guglia vapperetto station and a 15 min. walk to S Lucia train station It is located on the 2nd floor, no elevator. We chose this place coming of a cruise ship and with the people mover and vaparetto so close it was easy to get to and leaving the train station to Milan a breeze..

    The Superior Room has a comfortable futon mattress on a double tatami platform. There is a rattan sofa along with a 1800 circa Venice chest. All of these coming together in a natural, comfortable, cozy setting, by putting the principles of bio-architecture into practice, using eco-compatible materials to build eco-system housing that satisfies humanity’s compelling need for harmony in modern times Lighting lanterns creates a warm and charming atmosphere. It is possible, on request, to add an extra bed to the double room and make it a triple room. Extra charge: Euro 35, to be paid on arrival.

      FROM THE TRAIN STATION ON FOOT | - estimated time 5 minutes - You can reach us by walking for 5 minutes, it is very fast and simple! Just outside the Train Station "Santa Lucia" you will see a bridge to your left. Do not cross this bridge. There is a street to the left of this bridge called "Lista Di Spagna". Follow this street for approx 3-5 minutes until you come to the first bridge "Ponte delle Guglie" ("Spires Bridge" in English). Cross this bridge and walk straight ahead 30 metres looking towards your left where you will see a sign with "Hotel Arcadia". After the sign there is an old gate which is the entrance to "Calle dell'Ogio". We are located towards the end of this little street.
