You will be welcomed by the charming private courtyard with the ancient well, a small oasis among the stones of Venice, which in summer becomes a delightful garden with flowers, tables and gazebo, the perfect place to soak in the special magic of Venice at all hours of the day or night. The atmosphere here is friendly and warm as can be expected from a private house where guests from around the world can meet and share the experience of a Venetian vacation and where comforts are superior when compared to those offered by any small hotel. The Continental breakfast which is complemented with wonderful yummy Ventian treats, is conveniently served in your room, and when the good weather comes, in the beautiful courtyard. Owners Deborah and Amelia, mother and daughter, take care of all aspects of hospitality, and their staff will be waiting for your arrival (please tell them the time!) to welcome you with kindness and discretion and provide you with useful information to make your stay in the city a pleasant one.

From the vaporetto stop of San Silvestro; to B&B Corte 1321;Once you get off the vaporetto continue on foot: pass Sottoportego de la Pasina, turn left and soon after turn right on Calle del Sbianchesisi and continue until you reach Campo Sant'Aponal. Take the third street on your left under the green awning of the Pizzeria. At the end of the street keep right, it's the 3rd right, until you come to a small tree. You will have arrived, we are at number 1321.
