Poggio at sunset. The name speaks volumes. It has to do with the sunset? Heh, yeah ... This country house is situated on a hill, enjoys a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains where depending on the season there was a different sunset over a unique landscape. A few kilometers from Rome's playground "Rainbow Magicland" and the Fashion District Outlet Valmontone, and border of the parco naturale della Selva di Paliano, the structure of new building is surrounded by 1,000 square metres of garden that includes fruit trees, aromatic plants and flowers. The beautiful landscape can be contemplated from every corner of the House thanks to the large Windows that filter the light until sunset. The entrance of the House overlooking the great Hall where a master there is a huge fireplace that accompanies moments of relaxation and conversations between guests. The kitchen area is connected to the living room to create a warm and friendly atmosphere where you can enjoy tasty breakfast served with courtesy and simplicity. There are three comfortable rooms including one on the ground floor, with adjoining bathroom, and two upstairs with bathrooms. In this place the awakening is really unforgettable. Opens your eyes accompanied by warm sunlight, birdsong and the perfume of the flowers, in peace and serenity.
