Drive toward Sassari until you find the new 4 lane motorway to San Teodoro, keep going till Nuoro and take the exit to Nuoro Ospedale, follow the sign Mamoiada-Lanusei, after 60 km(37.3miles) turn left to Villagrande Strisaili and follow directions for Tortoli’.
From Porto Torres and Alghero:
Toward Sassari, drive into route S.S.131 until arriving near Macomer, be careful to turn on your right as soon as you see Nuoro sign. At the next exit Nuoro Ospedale follow the sign Mamoiada-Lanusei, after 60 km turn left to Villagrande Strisaili and follow directions for Tortoli’. - Nearest major airport: Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy (CAG-Elmas) 90 miles
