Is in the heart of the city centre with most of the major sights and attractions in easy walking distance. It is about one kilometer (2/3 mile) from Porta Susa and one and a half kilometers (1 mile) from Porta Nuova (Turin's two main railway stations) , and it is easily reached by public transport. From Porta Nuova with electric train n.4 - stop Duomo San Giovanni - from Porta Susa with bus n.51 - stop Via Pietro Micca X Via San Tommaso. It is situated on the second floor of a building facing a picturesque tree-lined piazza immediately in front of the cathedral. The rooms open onto a small quiet street. It is situated in the heart of Roman Turin, and the substantial remains of one of the Roman Gates (le Porte Palatine) are only a few metres away and can be seen from the windows.
