Castello di Loreto is a family run Bed & Breakfast set in a medieval castle very finely restored in the heart of Italy, Umbria. Very close to Todi and only 30 minutes drive from Perugia. Nino and Francesca, the hosts, open to their guests three different double rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The Castle has been awarded a recognition from the Italian Castle Society for having respected and kept the layout of the original castle. All the rooms are furnished with antiques and Nino is more than happy to provide guided tours with details of the collections and history of the place, which includes a bed that once belonged to Napoleon. Francesca is a wonderful cook and delighted to prepare local dishes upon request for the guests. During the summer months there is a swimming pool in garden overlooking Umbrian valleys and with a beautiful view of Todi.

After about 3 km turn right towards Loreto. for those coming from the South: A1Firenze along the highway-Rome, exit at Orte and follow the Orte-Terni for 21 Km where it crosses the E45; continue along the E45 Perugia-Cesena and exit at Todi-Orvieto; come to Rio continue towards San Terenziano.
