Tartuchino House has four rooms: each room has Wi-Fi, air conditioning and independent facilities with shower and hairdryer. The property has a living area with TV, fireplace and a kitchen at your disposal. Outside, there's a pleasant patio, overlooking the surrounding hills, where you can relax or eat using the barbecue in the garden for your barbecues. You can contemplate the landscape: change of colouring of fields and sky in relation to the season makes it a show always new, never tired. The breadth of the horizon gives a sense of freedom. In summer guests can use the swimming pool of the farm for some nice refreshing swims; even the pool is atop a hill, from where you can enjoy a pleasant view.

To 13 km. from the foot of Manciano, Saturnia, c ’ is a restaurant/pizzeria. Go ahead, following the sign to ’ SEMPRONIANO. After 1 km, take the turnoff on the left (SP 112 uses), following the indication USES ’/CAR always following the PAVED ROAD. After 1 km you will find the bridge over the River. Go ahead. After 4 km, you will pass over a bridge. Continue along the asphalt road which you are going. after about 1 km., left on the left a basin d ’ water, paved road climbs with some curve: you are in a dominant point, from which you can see fine landscape all around. continue for another 2 km.; Here the road bends to the left and passes through two rows of trees. A few meters after, turn right, taking the SP 117 CROCIN, signposted ROCCHETTE DI FAZIO. Follow ’, asphalt again by holding the left when you encounter some crossroads. The road makes a couple of turns: right after TARTUCHINO LODGE, will appear on the left, and the TARTUCHINO FARM on the right.
