Welcome to our home! We are Arianna and Stefano

We are very close to some Historical centers that cannot be missed: Bagno Vignoni, San Quirico d'Orcia, Pienza, Montichiello, Montepulciano, Montalcino.

We opened our B and B in 2008, restructuring our house which stands amongst the soft hills of the Orcia Valley.

Our hospitality offers 4 double rooms with private bathrooms and one big indipendent apartment consists of 2 double rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 big living room and 1 bathroom.

Our services: Courtesy kit, Bed sheets and towels, Parking 24/24 and Service wi-fi in our Relax room with stone fireplace, where you can read a book, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, just relax...

The house is surrounded by a spacious open garden in which we have realized a pergola equipped with table and chairs particularly enjoyable during the summer evenings.

    • Cancellations:
      Reservation can be cancelled or reduced without charge 30 days prior to the arrival date. For later cancellation the entire deposit of 30% will be forfeited. For later cancellation, reduction of nights 7 days before your arrival date or after check in or no-show the remaining 70% amount of the stay will be charged.
