ANNA'S NEST Charming rooms. "Anna's nest" is a carefully renovated inside an old palace located along the city walls of San Gimignano, in the heart of the medieval village. It has three double rooms furnished in romantic style and attention to detail. Two bedrooms look out on the gardens adjacent to the turreted city walls, and from the other room we can admire four towers, the famous stone towers that characterize San Gimignano worldwide. "Anna's nest" is located in via Berignano, parallel to via San Giovanni what once was called the via Francigena, the road of the pilgrims from all over Europe travel to Rome towards the Holy places of Christianity. Currently St John Street is the shopping heart of San Gimignano, where you can find the best restaurants in the country.

Directions to property:
From Florence: follow signs for Poggibonsi/Siena. Coming from Florence take the Florence-Siena and exit (after about 25 minutes) at Poggibonsi Nord. From there follow the signs for San Gimignano: already you can see in the distance the medieval towers of the country which is about 15 minutes. Park at the first parking lot (the name is 1 parking said Jubilee) which is the first one I found from Poggibonsi. It only costs € 6.00 for all 24 hours. From there depart every 15 minute shuttle bus to the historic centre and 5 minutes you're at Anna's nest. Or walk the distance is approximately 15 minutes. It is possible to load and unload your luggage under the rooms within a 15-minute period: from the first roundabout you find, continue towards the Center, Via Roma and then the giardini pubblici. Continue straight on keeping to right the city walls, at the first traffic lights you turn right into Via Quercecchio. Continue straight ahead until you find a road right in front of a descent: from here begins Via Berignano and Anna's nest is at number 38 just in front of the Museum San Gimignano 1300. coming from Siena to get to Poggibonsi.
