The House where is including our Bed and Breakfast is located in & Hill area of San Benedetto del Tronto his position makes it easily connectable to the Centre, its promenade rich of its famous Palm trees and green oases and endless sandy beaches. The House is newly built and developed on a single ground floor. It has a garden of about 800 m². where there is a private entrance. The area of B&B is located in an area centered in the entire House, with private entrance and a flight of stairs that leads to the small portico entrance, reserved exclusively for hotel guests. Our Bed and Breakfast & consists of elegantly furnished apartment of approx. 65 sqm, ground heated, parquet and private entrance, an entrance living room with full kitchen available to our guests, 2 bedrooms, one quadruple called "coral" composed of a double bed and a bunk bed, and a large en-suite bathroomand the other called "mother of Pearl" composed of a double bed separable, an outdoor terrace and an en suite bathroom, across the room. The breakfast we offer will be prepared with care, using the typical products of the area.
