    Overall the room was clean and attractive. B & B advertised "soundproof rooms" however the room was very noisy from adjoining rooms, hall traffic, and upstairs traffic. Biggest disappointment was breakfast. We were given a receipt to take to the bar around the corner for a cup of coffee and a roll. The rolls were limited and the coffee was miniscule (typical Italian espresso) with no re-fills, and the wait staff seemed less than pleased to serve us.

    Thank you for your review, We have really soundproofed rooms we are also located in a private street 35 meters far from the main street where is traffic, however we are in the middle of ROME where traffic is a common problem for all (who have visited Rome knows what i mean), thats why we did our best to minimize that problem and we are really happy of the result. also, our frequent guests tell us always the our property is one of the most calm because we are located on a private street. Regarding the breakfast, we are proud (as advertised on our website!!!) to serve the breakfast in the best bar in the zone where they offer the best Italian espresso and the most delicious Italian sweets (our coffee is really not Cocacola to ask for a re-fills and no one do this in Rome):) and the Bar's stuff behavior is not our competency. We do our best everyday to improve our services and to satisfy our guests. we are also proud to have all 5 stars reviews from all our guests on all websites, and reviews like yours is only another reason to help us to improve our business.     This is really a nice one!! Convenient and good location. The rooms also are nicely decorated, Lost my cell phone and housekeeping found it for me :)

    The staff was very nice, the breakfast was good, the position of the hotel is good, few minutes walk to metro station
