This beautifully-terraced B&B, a pent-house apartment in the heart of Rome, offers breath-taking views across the rooftops of the Eternal City to the splendid dome of St. Peter’s Basilica. In the nearest vicinity of the Vatican Museums, B&B Filomena e Francesca is just a hop to the ancient Borgo, Castel Sant’Angelo and the Via Ottaviano which offers a wide variety of shops, boutiques ,bars, restaurants, cinemas, theatres and discos. The area is easily accessible by car and is serviced by excellent, frequent and very reasonable public transport in the form of subway Metro and surface buses.

The Guest Rooms at B&B Filomena e Francesca (one Triple, one Double and one Twin which can become a Double on request) are bright , spacious, and air-conditioned, all with private ensuite bathrooms. Two of the rooms have private balconies, the third has the consolation of a hydro-massage bathtub.

This delightful holiday accommodation is private and the carefully selected furnishings reflect the Hostess’ good taste in home décor. The result is a friendly, relaxing pied-a-terre where you can unwind with leisure at the end of an exciting day.

Prices range from Euro €90,00 to 110,00 (Double bedroom) with reductions available for extended stays or single occupancy. Prices include all linen, breakfast, daily cleaning and taxes. Extra beds available at €20,00/night.

In line with the traditional family-run affair, over the years our B&B has potentiated its offer by opening 2 other fully-authorized tourist opportunities, ably looked after by our 2 daughters, Silvia and Francesca. BY TRAIN From Termini train station, take bus number 70 and get off at the stop before the terminus (Piazzale Clodio) or take the Metro Line A towards "Battistini" and get off at the "Ottaviano San Pietro" stop. From here, it is a ten-minute walk to the Bed and Breakfast. Alternatively, you can take the Metro Line A towards "Battistini", get off at the “Lepanto” stop and take bus number 70. Get off at the stop before the terminus (Piazzale Clodio). Alternatively, you can get the bus number 30 express and get off at the terminus (Piazzale Clodio).
