Central heating and air conditioning throughout. The rich breakfast is served in the separate dining room and guests have use of coffee and tea making facilities, toaster, microwave and refrigerator all day long. The B&B is in the Vatican area, just 100 metres from Metro line A and in front of the bus line. You will reach in few minutes historical places as: Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Colosseum, St. Angel Castle etc. The area around Comfort Rome Vaticano is residential with plenty of shops for shopping and restaurants (typical Roman Hostaria, fish restaurant, Chinese and Japanese restaurants), pizzerias, bars for fast lunch and all the other services you can need (supermarkets, self-service laundry, pharmacy, post office, private garage, etc…). On Grande Raccordo Anulare take exit N.1 Roma-Aurelio/Città del Vaticano, go straight ahead on Via Aurelia. After you pass the traffic light at Piazza Irnerio keep your right and continue on Via Aurelia. Turn right into Via L. Altieri and immediately left in Via Madonna del Riposo. After you pass the traffic light the first street on your left is Via Egidio Albornoz. You can see the B&B on your left when you are at the traffic light because it is in the first building of Via Egidio Albornoz just at the corner with Via Aurelia.

We can organize for you a private transfer shuttle both from/to Fiumicino and Ciampino airports and the cost is 45 Euros up to 4 people (one way) otherwise you can reach us by the airport trains as explained below. By Plane (Leonardo Da Vinci / Fiumicino Airport) Go to the train station and take the train Fiumicino-Termini and get off at Termini stop. Take Metro line A, towards Battistini and get off at Baldo degli Ubaldi stop. Take the exit stairs towards Valle Aurelia (not Piazza Irnerio), even numbers (that is "numeri pari" in Italian). On your right you have Via Egidio Albornoz. By Plane (Ciampino Airport) Take the bus to Anagnina stop just at the exit of the airport on the left and take the Metro A from Anagnina to Baldo degli Ubaldi stop - direction Battistini. Comfort Rome Vaticano 2 was a memorable experience for us. It was our first time to travel to Rome. The apartment was furnished with taste. The location was the best asset as it is a 2 minute walk to the Vatican. Mr Paolo our host was very accommodating, warm and friendly. He made us feel right at home and helped us with some of our sight seeing and itinerary.

My new husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and Paolo was absolutely a wonderful host. We had the place to ourself for the two nights we were there and it was so peaceful. Paolo was reliable and ready for us when we arrived and got us a great driver to the airport. The place was spotless, the room was spacious, the bed was nice, the shower was wonderful and the location is right by a subway stop. Thanks so much for everything Paolo! Kate and Branson

The B&B of Paolo is very well situated. The bus station is located just opposite the building. The bus takes you directly to the Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. The B&B itself is very clean, the rooms are very nice (there are 2 of them), each has its own bathroom which is spotlessly clean as well. The breakfast is typically italian: Nespresso, croissant, biscotti, butter, jam, honey. In the breakfast room there is a toaster and a water boiler as well. The fridge is filled with water, juice and butter and you can put your things inside as well. In the B&B you can find information about the city (maps,...) and Paolo is very helpful as well. I can really recommend the B&B to anyone who wants to experience the italian way of life. Just around the corner you can find a small "negozio alimentari" where you can buy bread, cheese, ham or fruits. Good value for money!

My wife and I stayed four days in Comfort Rome Vaticano, and found it to be the ideal place to stay in Rome. The location is central, near the Vatican. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very modern. Paulo was there daily and was unusually accommodating in making us comfortable and giving helpful advice on our visit. There was wireless internet connection, and Paolo served a fine continental breakfast. The room rate was surprisingly reasonable. We highly recomment this accommodation.
