  • The apartment is on the second floor in a palace early ‘900 beside Vatican City, just 200 meters far the famous Sixtine Chappel! It is an apartment restructured in 2009, and tastefully furnished, divided in 3 independent units each one with a double bed its bathroom and its kitchen corner in order to be rented from 2 to 7 people. the apartment is separated in 3 independent units (approximately 20 mq) with a zone in common with the washing/drying machine and the necessary for the household. The first studio (blue studio) has a sofa bed which hides a true double bed with a comfortable mattress of standard size (substituted each year), its kitchen corner with microwave 2 electric fires and refrigerator, the bathroom with shower. The second studio (yellow studio) has a double bed and its Kitchenette with two fires and there is also the micro-wave oven the toaster and refrigerator, the bathroom with shower; the third studio (orange studio) has a double bed and its Kitchenette with two fires and there is also the microwave oven, the toaster and the refrigerator, the bathroom with shower and window. There is also an individual pouf-bed for an additional bed and a cot.It is provided of everything you need for a nice stay for holidays, studies or work: an excellent air-conditioner guarantees the more comfortable climate, a washing-dryer machine is available. The position of the apartment is ideal: it is close to Vatican City of, 2 minutes on foot from Vaticans Museums 5 minutes on foot from f S.Peter Square and 10 minutes by bus from Navona Square, Pantheon and Canpo dè Fiori, 15 minutes by bus from Colosseo, and in 10 minutes of subway you reach Spain Square, Piazza de Popolo and Fontana di Trevi. the apartment is separated in 3 independent units (approximately 20 mq) with a zone in common with the washing/drying machine and the necessary for the household.
