Welcome to the Santamaria Residence in Rome. This centrally located, cosy family B&B offers guests 5 single,double,triple and quadruple rooms. Simple yet tastefully decorated, budget rooms right in the heart of the Eternal City. We are proud to offer a range of services to our valued customers. Some of the delights in our rooms include: Internet, WI-FI, satellite TV and mini bar, for a budget accommodation in Rome. All rooms have a private bathroom. Use of fully equipedd kitchen. Exploring this amazing city could not be any easier from the Santa Maria Residence. Arriving and departing is made simple by the fact that the main transport hub, Termini Station, is approximately a 10 minute walk or 1 metro stop away. In every direction you will find historical sites including the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Santa Maria Maggiore and Piazza Venezia. There is also a wide variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and boutiques.
