    Great place to stay

    September 23, 2011

My girlfriend and me stayed at the RomAnticaRoma from the 2nd until the 4th of september. She made the reservation (a a surprise for mrthday) based on the price and the sympathetic picture from Diego and Antonella. RomAnticaRoma has exceeded our expectations. Yes the bedrooms and the bathroom are newly furnished and very clean. That alone in combination with the location and the low pricing could be a reason to recommend this stay. On top of that however RomAnticaRoma is run by two young, enthousiastic people who are very helpful. Diego has helped us the first night with a map of rome and with thinking out a good route. He has helped with finding our way in Rome's public transportation so that we didnt have to spend to much time in finding the right bus for example. Their english is excellent and their friendly attitude has made our stay in the beautiful city of Rome a very pleasant one. Highly recommended! Regards, Maroun and Alies

    Great Location

    September 21, 2011

My husband and I stayed here after finishing a 12 day cruise and the location was perfect. Very close to the Metro and city bus lines. Very easy to get around either by foot or city transport. The room was quite big, the private bath was done to a very high standard with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Diego was fabulous, gave us a great city map and told us the places to visit that were a "must see". However... with it being early September still, the room was stifling hot. There was no air flow at all. There was a small fan provided which we put in the window that we kept open all night. The hotel is located on a busy street and we were kept awake in the night from all the traffic. With that being said, if it was a different time of the year, we would not have a problem booking here again.

    Exceeded my expectations

    January 28, 2011

Marco and his wife were wonderful. The room was very large, and very clean nice view, bathroom was spotless. My mistake but i though the breakfast was included. It was 5 more euros which was par for the course in pensions. I do think it should be less. O by the way i have been in the service business for over thirty years, food, cleaning, and personal manager. They did a great job... lorenzo

Hello Diego and Antonella, We would like to let you know that we had wonderful days in your apartment and in Rome. The wetter was beautiful, in Holland it is still grey and a little bit raining – so we enjoyed that part also very much. We will sure tell other people of your apartment. Thanks! Greetings, Karen Vermeulen
