    Our Bed & Breakfast is situated on the first floor of a distinguished 1930's building of Viale Giulio Cesare close to St.Peter’s. The majestic Basilica of St Peter is 5 minutes walking from the B&B and the handy underground station Ottaviano - San Pietro is just 100 metres away. The suites can comfortably host up to four people. All suites have a fridge, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee machine, an LCD 20 television, a digital decoder and a ceiling fan. The bathrooms have a shower, wash-hand basin, WC, bidet, heated towel rail, hairdryer and clothesline. Internet wi-fi available.

    • Cancellations: CANCELLATION POLICY: • 14 days notice for full refund or to avoid being charged (minus a € 20 cancellation fee). • If less notice given, party responsible for 1 night or 30% of reservation whichever is greater. • 'No show' guests and 'early departure' guests are considered cancellations inside the non-refundable period.
