The Residenza dei Gracchi is a charming new opening which lies in a historical Palace in 19th-century building in Via dei Gracchi 84, in Prati, a few steps from the Vatican and adjacent to the shopping paradise of Via Cola di Rienzo. Intimate atmosphere, four rooms, all with bathroom and tastefully decorated bedrooms, breakfast services, informative material, wi fi and digital terrestrial tv.

During our trip in Rome in May/2012 we were accomodated in this beautiful, new restored residenza. It is situated only 7 minutes from San Peters Square and just only few minutes from Ottaviano/ San Pietro metro stop. Our one bedded room was very nice with every day helpful cleaning service. Breakfast was included in price in nearby café just 1 minute from residenza. Staff in residenza and café was very friendly willing to share advice about what to see and where to eat good and for reasonable price. Although residenza is situated on a busy street, we were positively surprised how quiet it was inside. The only problem were celebrating neighbours in next room the last night.:) All in all, I definitely advice Residenza dei Gracchi for a pleasant stay in Vatican City and Rome.
