Our Bed and Breakfast is located in the northwest portion of Rome , inside the Grande Raccordo Anulare (Ring Road) adjacent to Via Trionfale,an important urban artery that leads direcly to the Vatican.

Our excellent position (Just 80 metres from the Ottavia station of the FM3 Metro) makes it easy to reach the centre of the city, Saint Peter’s and Trastevere in a few minutes and without needing to transfer.

Shops, restaurant, banks, supermarket and shopping centre are in the immediate vicinity.

The interior spaces are warm and cosy with reminders of the countryside. Common room and bedrooms have been decorated using pieces from the past, as much as possible.

Our rooms are comfortable and cosy and can have either private or shared bathroom. In addition ,the rooms have air-conditioning,mini fridge, DVD player and a large selection of films.

When you arrive, we’ll give you keys for both the house and your room so that you are free to come and go as you wish.

We have also a comfortable one-room apartment available for families or groups of up to five guest.The unit includes bathroom, kitchenette and tv.
