Art and Relax Suites was a great stay. Massimo, was a great host that was always willing to help. It is a very convient location right across the street from the Central Rome train station and the subway system. My wife if very picky with hotels, but she was very happy with our room. The bathroom looked very new and was very clean. The Breakfast was simple and nice and brought to our room every morning. The only problem with the room was the traffic noise from the street. The constant traffic was throughout the night, but it was tolerable. I would recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone wanting to stay in Rome for a reasonable price and a very nice, trendy, clean room. Thanks again Massimo, we had a great time.

The owner, Massimo is very nice and extremely helpful with information about local sites, restaurants and transportation. The rooms are great and decorated with some original art from the owner's collection. It is a very unique place but also very convenient as it's right across from Termini train station.

We were pleasantly surprised with the rooms after some concerns about the noise from the street and the bars not far from the entrance. Fortunately they closed late afternoon. The position is very central to all of Rome and Massimo is a charming host with very helpful information on sights to see and restaurants to visit.

The room is nice and clean, good location close to the Rome Termini station. I can say everything is good but one thing its noisy from the traffic out side. If you don't mind this is the right place to stay.

The price and convenience of Art and Relax B&B was fantastic. One night at the Hilton would buy you a week at Art and Relax. The B&B is clean, creative, friendly, and Massimo is all about making you happy. If you need it, he'll get it or help you find it. He's really a man of many talents and is a pleasure to speak with and get to know on a personal level. He truly cares about his customers and his business. Great recommendations on tours and definitely listen to him on the restaurants (Al Piccolo, in particular). You're right across from the Metro and the Termini as well, which is really convenient. We also chose this B&B due to the Tempurpedic mattresses...not many places have them, very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Best of luck and much success to Art and Relax!

We had an excellent time here and did not face any problems.The service and attention to detail is outstanding. The innkeeper is by far one of the most patient and friendly people we have met.He gave us excellent advice on sightseeing,eating,shopping etc.

Was treated like I was in a 5 star hotel. Excellent room with themes. Gave excellent choices of local resturant & tours. Excellent breakfast! Outstanding prices each night.

This B&B was exceptional. The rooms were amazing and clean. The owner was very welcoming and gave the place a very personal touch. I would highly recommend the Art & Relax suites.

We’ve been at Art&Relax Suits for three days in September. We came to Rome at the end of our trip in Italy to... get married in Eternal City. We decided to stay there because of its convenient location: in the center and very near to the subway (both A and B lines). But what makes it different from other B&Bs are originally decorated rooms, good standard bathrooms and most of all very friendly, nice and helpful host - Massimo. He helped us to find a good restaurant for our wedding dinner, he arranged a bus for a wedding day and transfers from/to airport for our families, and even helped to find a mechanic (we’ve been traveling by motorbikes and we needed to change a dead tire in one of them). All these things would take much more time and effort to organize without his help. Art&Relax Suits is very comfortable place and you can feel there like at home. Art & Relax Suites is a new modern and comfortable B&B run by Massimo located directly across from the Roma Termini (metro) station. Compared to other accommodations in Rome, Art & Relax suites is a very economical choice, given the amenities and location. Exploring the city is very easy due to the close proximity to the train and bus station (all trains and buses pass through Termini, the central hub) and I was relieved to not have to drag our luggage around or catch an expensive cab. At the end of the trip, we just walked across the street to catch the Leonardo Express, a direct train line, to Fiumicino Airport. There are also plenty of restaurants and internet cafes right in the immediate area. The location may seem a bit seedy and spooky after dark to some, with homeless youth, and a few drunken loiterers hanging out in the nearby streets. However, if you’ve been to any big city, this is a common sight. There are always regular folks and police around the train station so we felt safe coming and going day or late night. My husband I spend the first two nights in the “Wood” room, which was comfortable and nicely decorated. This room faces the street so we got the street noise at night. On the second night the water in the shower wouldn’t drain so the next morning we were moved to the “Fire” room while the other room was being fixed. I personally loved the decor of the Fire room, it was also more spacious and didn’t face the street. Massimo is an absolute gem and we He has an aesthetic eye, loves to chat, make you a cup of espresso, answer questions, and offer suggestions. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, centrally located, and comfortable stay I highly recommend looking at Art & Relax Suites. At present, he does not have an online reservation system or credit card processing so the tariff must be paid in cash.

Behind an inconspicuous door lies an outstanding B&B in a great location in Rome. Not only is the innkeeper friendly, helpful and accommodating, he makes a great cappucino. The B&B is opposite Termini making it convenient and easy to access whatever you seek in Rome. The rooms were beautifully and uniquely presented, and the daily breakfast was amazing. We couldn't recommend a stay at this B&B anymore except to say that upon our return to Rome we will be returning to Art & Relax!

My adult son and I stayed with Mossimo during our first visit to Rome. Mossimo was a grand host and could not do enough to make our stay fabulous. The suites are very nicely appointed and the bathrooms a high tech experience. Breakfast and cappucino during the day were generous and delicious. The location made Rome available at our fingertips, either by foot, bus or train. Mossimo bent over backwards to satisfy all requests..we were able to leave luggage when we went to Sorrento, then come back for the remainder of our trip. When I left to go home, my son was staying on two more nights. Moisimo took him under his wing, and they became fast friends. We would definitely stay at Art and Relax Suites on our next visit to Rome.

This wonderful B&B offers 5 magnificent bedrooms, all different, recently renovated, artistically decorated and perfectly well equiped. Each has its own private hi-tech bathroom. Exquisite continental breakfast comprises Italian coffee (expresso, macchiato, cappucino...), Roma's most delicious French croissants, and may be served in room. Massimo is really nice and provides good advices for visiting Rome, which is very easy from this center located place.

Extraordinaire B&B situe face a la gare de Termini. Magnifique appartement de 5 chambres entierement renovees, tres originales et artistiquement decorees sur le theme des 5 elements. Pour chacune, l'equipement de la chambre et de la salle de bains est complet et irreprochable. Ce lieu tient plus d'un hotel 3 ou 4 etoiles que d'un B&B ordinaire. L'accueil de Massimo est particulierement chaleureux, son francais est excellent, et ses petits dejeuners servis en chambre sont savoureux. Le rapport Qualite/Prix vaut 5 etoiles!

Art and relax is a wonderful place in the centre of Rome and lovely to return to after a day of exploring.As art teachers we enjoyed the creatively decorated rooms which were also very comfortable and extremely clean,excellent towels and above all the host Massimo is extremely helpful and welcoming , breakfast is the best croissants we have had ,we will gladly stay again when next in Rome.

the room is very nice im stay three day and all is perfect Massimo is very nice person and they give me a lot of information for my holiday if i come in rome again i stay in Massimo BB another time.
